Onsite laundry $2 per wash/dry. Shorter term than one month rentals and rates can be discussed. All rentals have a mandatory exit cleaning fee of $125. Free Wi-Fi throughout our hotel keeps you connected, and our gym makes it easy to keep up your workout routine. We also feature guest laundry facilities, free parking with large-vehicle spaces, boat docking for a nominal fee and non-smoking and accessible rooms. After a restful sleep, wake up with a morning swim in our outdoor pool. Boat docks are also available. Rent includes electric cable wi-fi water sewer trash and pest control. Sorry no pets are permitted. No need to worry about bringing your toiletries, we provide 3.5 ounce bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, 50 SPF sunscreen, fresh bar of Dial soap and body scrubby for that fresh spa like feeling. Hmm, what about the laundry? Well not to worry, it is just across the street about 50 steps from the the front door.

Please note - prior to booking there is 24 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pet Policy: This property is are NOT pet-friendly. if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged $500 per pet for violating the policy. If we find evidence of pets after your departure, you will be charged $500 for violating the pet policy. If additional cleaning is required you will be charged an additional $500.

No Smoking - IF any signs of smoking in property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction. Guests may ONLY smoke outside but agrees to pick up before check out.

Supplies – Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets/liquid, 4 trash bags, small box of Kleenex, 3 oz. bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, bath Scrubby/loofa, bath & body soap. for stays longer than 4 nights we provide small bottles of laundry detergent, bleach & dryer sheets. Spa Robes & slippers, face mask & sleep mask (for those who like it a bit darker when they sleep) are provided for your use during your stay and a small toiletry bag with toothbrushes, razors, mouthwash & had sanitizer is your gift to keep. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.

Additional light housekeeping is optional for stays longer than 7+ nights: $75.00 please inquire within.
