The place is as listed. It was a great care giver getaway spot. It was easy access to get to the beach and a race track. Very friendly host who thought of everyday essentials to have at the house. Highly recommend this spot!

My husband and I stayed here over a holiday weekend. The location was easy to find and great for heading over to Bradenton Beach, Anna Maria Island area. Host was easy to work with and sent information in a timely manner. Check in/ out was super easy. Host included things such as: shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hair dryer, the use of beach towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, after sun care lotion, coffee and a few snack. There was a small refrigerator and microwave as well as an additional larger refrigerator with separate freezer. The bedroom is large with a king size bed, desk and huge closet. Unfortunately for us, the bedroom wasn’t the most comfortable but we are used to a TemperPedic mattress. Would stay here again if doing a beach weekend.

Perfect place for what we needed on our trip! Location awesome! Robinson Preserve so close and calming place to see and kayak! King size bed and a futon couch! Had two mini frig/freezers, coffee pot AND coffee. Microwave and also an Air fryer which was great for any meal that you bring whether fresh, frozen, or left overs. Pool right outside door where can choose shade or sun to sit and enjoy! Host was wonderful and very welcoming!!! Definitely would choose again!

Very clean, the host was very good at communication. We were there for an event so we wouldn't have to drive back to Tampa. It was a seamless stay. The host had snacks and small fridge and freezer, coffee maker, air fryer and microwave. It was a older and a little dated, but clean and just what we needed. We would stay again.

Very clean. Colleen was very sweet and will wash your dishes since there’s not a sink in the kitchenette. She lives in the main part of the house. There is only an air fryer, microwave and electric skillet in the closet. She will take care of anything you need. Can’t beat the price. And the pool is kept clean.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The stay is located within walking distance of a beach, grocery store, post office, clothing store, beauty salon, multiple banks and plenty of restaurants. We also provide free parking, private entry, access to a pool, BBQ grill, patio, tv, free WIFI, private shower and bathroom, along with of course a king size bed.
