Great holiday spot

Great location and relaxing stay for all the family. Very well equiped kitchen. There was a heatwave, so was very warm upstairs for sleeping.

Great location close to airport

Very nice house, with well-equipped kitchen. Only a few minutes from the airport. Perfect for a small to medium sized group.

Great handy for airport

group of 4 enjoyed 3 nights in this lovely well appointed home. Handy for airport, which is exactly what we wanted. Beds comfy, plenty of kitchen utensils, good laundry (caught up on some washing), and good safe back garden.

Convenience and comfort

The property was well presented. The information about the property was accurate. The location was convenient, it had all the services we needed. We came to conduct business and found the property quiet and comfortable. We would highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic Stay

Property was lovely. Only thing missing was a hanging rail for clothes in the downstairs room and maybe a blockout blind in the downstairs bathroom, as at night you can see in. But I highly recommend this accommodation and will hope to stay there again next year. Thank you team for making our stay comfortable.

Burnside stay

Property management staff excellent to deal with and property was absolutely immaculate. The only negatives … bedroom with en suite had nowhere to hang clothes, heat pump didn’t work and it was freezing on arrival day, no outdoor furniture as advertised and outdoor area could do with some cover

Noise Monitoring & Consideration for Neighbours
This apartment is equipped with a noise monitoring device in the living area. The monitor measures sound levels only - it does not record conversations - and helps ensure a comfortable environment for all residents in the building.

We ask that you please be mindful of your noise levels, particularly during the building’s quiet hours of 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, and avoid loud music, parties, or disruptive behaviour. As this is a shared residential complex, respecting other residents’ peace and privacy is essential.

Located in Burnside, the house is just a 7 minute drive from the Christchurch Airport, and a 15 minute drive from Christchurch Central City. It is in an ideal spot for any guests who want a convenient, yet private spot.

Lavandula is an ideal home, it is a 5 minute drive and 20 minute walk away from Avonhead shopping centre, which contains a supermarket, a few stores and places to eat. It is also only a 10 minute drive away from the Willowbank Wildlife Reserve, a great outing for families or couples looking for a fun day out. There is a bus stop 2 minutes from home, and 2 driveway carparks plus street parking.
