Located in the gorgeous Waterways on Motu Wai Taha Island, this fully furnished self-contained unit (no washer or dryer) is ready for your short or long term holiday. Modern and stylish, this well-appointed unit is an ideal option for a refreshing Coromandel escape and to embrace the Whitianga lifestyle. Attached to the main home, the unit has everything you need to make you feel instantly relaxed.
An open plan kitchen offers a microwave, double hot plate as well as a benchtop smart oven. A pantry, ample cupboard space, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker are all provided. A modern fridge/freezer completes the kitchen.
Relax on the couch as you watch either Freeview channels or the latest Netflix movie on the Smart TV. Fibre broadband should take care of all of your entertainment needs.
Retire to the bedroom which has a queen sized bed and more than ample built in cupboard space. The ensuite has a toilet, lovely backlit circular mirror and frameless shower.
Comfortable and inviting you'll love the prime location. Just 5 minutes from Whitianga beach and town centre, Countdown, New World and a great selection of takeaways, cafes and restaurants.
