* One bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed), air conditioning, pillows, study table, hangers and sheets, no blankets.
* American-style kitchen (refrigerator, water filter, cupboard, sink, cutlery, electric rice cooker, electric kettle, electric sandwich maker, electric air fryer, and blender);
* Laundry room (sink and clothesline);
* A spacious bathroom (toilet, sink, electric shower, mirror and accessories);
* Internet (Broadband) and free monitored parking in a secure area.
