The reading nook is stocked with books for you and toys for the children, a high chair is provided for the little one, the kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and utensils. Use it as your base and play golf every day at the Yamba Golf and Country Club just meters from your front door. If golf is not your sport explore the National Parks that abound in the area, or spend your days surfing the famous beaches of Angourie and Yamba.

Maybe wildlife is what you love, and you won't be disappointed there either. Dolphins are regular visitors to our shores, and whales can often be spotted during their annual migration from a number of look out points in the region. If you are really lucky you may even see some of the rare east coast emus that can be found along our region's coastline.

For the fishermen and women there are a selection of fishing experiences on offer from river, rock or beach fishing, boat hire or deep sea fishing charters. Cruise the waters of the mighty Clarence River or let the experts take you out beyond the breakwall for some whale watching or a fishing charter.
