Escape to our cozy Big Bear cabin, a perfect couple's retreat for up to 3 guests! This modern-vintage gem features a gas fireplace and is just a short walk from the Village and the lake. Enjoy the perfect blend of mountain charm and modern comfort in the heart of all the action. Your ideal alpine adventure starts here!

Step into this charming 500+ sq ft cabin, where modern design meets vintage mountain spirit. The living room, with its wood-paneled walls and ski-themed art, is centered around a beautiful red gas fireplace. Relax on the comfortable seating or futon and stream your favorites on the Smart TV with a Firestick.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts a retro-style black refrigerator, a farmhouse sink, and everything you need to cook delicious meals. Kitchen amenities include:
Stove with oven
Refrigerator & dishwasher
Microwave, blender, & toaster
Coffee maker, dishes, and pots/pans

The cozy bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with extra blankets and pillows for a restful sleep. The updated bathroom has a modern vanity and shower.

Finns Fish Camp

Nice 1 bedroom rustic cabin located within walking distance of Victor's Center, the lake, and The Village. It has a cozy gas fire place in the living room and a small wall heater in the bedroom. They had games to play or TV with access to movies.It was perfect for the two of us and our little dog.

Cozy Getaway

Enjoyable stay where all needs were met. Backyard for the dog and a comfy place to lay my head between walking the lake and hitting the slopes. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

Great location, great price. Back yard is humongous which was nice. Home was cute and nicely decorated. Smart TVs were great. Couch was a bit uncomfortable but bedroom had a smart TV so it was no problem. Thanks we had a very good stay here and every big bear cool cabin we have stayed at. Looking forward to staying again soon

Great Rustic Weekend Getaway

This was a great simple cabin. The heater kept the living room warm, and there was a heater in the bedroom. We had some issues with the oven not working and the sink not draining. Cool Cabins said they could send someone to the house while we were there but it didn’t seem worth it to us to hang out waiting for someone on vacation. Overall we enjoyed our stay. It had hot water and the essentials for a cabin getaway. Nothing fancy but satisfied for what we needed!

First location horrible. Second. Fantastic!

The first place they put us in was horrendous. No screens to let cool air in. Some windows painted shut. The bedroom outside has a hornets nest in the eve right outside. BUT! They quickly moved us to a wonderful place on 79 Marin. Screens, lights of fans!! 100% better. We would stay there again. Both places clean.

it started before I arrived. I paid through VRBO for the entire stay. The managing agency (Big Bear Cool Cabins) made me complete a form - asking for a copy of my drivers license, personal information and a picture of front and back of my credit card. The female told me that if I didn't send them a pic of my CC (the day of and completely paid), they would deny me access to the cabin. I reminded her I paid for it- she didn't care. When I arrived - the front and back of the cabin was covered in 2 feet tall weeds.Outside furniture was rusting and falling apart. Inside was a sauna, so I opened the windows (they had burlap as curtains). only one window had a screen. All the other windows and doors had NO screens. The window sills were covered with cobwebs. The bed was against one of the windows. The pillows against the window had cobwebs. I sent Cool Cabin a picture of the pillows with cobwebs - they had the audacity to ask me, and I quote, "would you like me to send out housekeeping?" Seriously?? I sat on a chair just outside the back door while housekeeping cleaned. I was outside for 15 seconds when a spider crawled on my arm. I never sat outside. The night was miserable- no screens to keep the windows open. I was afraid if I left the windows open flies, bees, and critters would get in. never again!
