1) Is pool and spa heat extra?
Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.
2) Is there a BBQ grill?
Yes, a propane BBQ Grill is offered at $95 plus tax for the entire stay. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is no child safety fence, but there is a pool alarm on the door leading out to the pool, which meets local safety code requirements in lieu of the fence.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)
5) What type of coffee maker is in the home?
Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided.
6) Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.
7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?
Only starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are provided. (This is an industry standard practice.)
8) Is Wifi provided for free?
Complimentary wireless internet is provided.
9) Is smoking allowed in the home or by the pool? Are pets allowed?
Smoking is NOT allowed in the home or by the pool. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed.
10) What are the times for check-in and checkout?
Check-in is at 4 PM. Checkout is at 10 AM.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this beautiful home!! We were in Orlando on a graduation trip for my niece and my son. We really enjoyed the laid back atmosphere, the private pool, and the grill was used for a bbq celebration for the two graduates!!! This beautiful home had everything we needed for our trip and it’s just right down the road from Walmart!!

Everything was exactly as described on the website with plenty of things to do for all ages. Property was very clean and we particularly enjoyed the outdoor space with pool, TV, large screen for watching movies and hot tub. Nearby park and pool with waterslides were a welcome addition. Close to shopping, Disney and restaurants. Great family vacation!

Lovely large house, pool was fabulous sunshine from late morning until sunset. Facilities were good in the house and as expected. Bedding didn’t seem to fit the beds properly however I have addressed this separately but it’s not enough of an issue to drop the rating from a 10 as everything else was fine.

The home is very true to the listing description and pictures. The beds were comfortable and the ceiling fans in every room were a nice touch. Note that the thermostat is restricted in a range of only 70-75 degrees. The property manager was able to quickly address an issue with the kitchen trash can and replace it. Overall we had a great stay and would consider this property again.

The vacation home was exactly what we needed it was very clean and it had all the amenities, We visited the waterpark and pool area really great.

We loved the game room, pool with outdoor large screen TV. The rooms were very clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable.The Club House and water park was fantastic and in walking distance and the younger kids enjoyed doing the crafts that were offered throughout the day. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to email the Clubhouse to have our tickets printed out for the Cirque du Soleil show and pick them up at our convenience. The location was ideal and made it easy access to get to other attractions we wanted to see. We would definitely rent again and give a star rating 10 out of 10!. Thank you for meeting & exceeding our expectations to make our family vacation a wonderful experience. The price was well worth it and what you see on line is exactly what you are getting!

We had a great stay and would return to this house. There was plenty of space and comfortable accommodations. There were a few minor issues that were quickly resolved. The pool was so nice to have and we were in walking distance to the water park which was very nice! Close to Walmart and easy drive to Disney.

Exceptional stay

We booked this hoise for our family summer vacation. We absolutely loved it. It is in a very nice gated community and very well taken care of. It was everything we needed and more. It is aboit 2-3 minutes from Walmart and a short drive to Universal and Disney. We will definitely be staying again.

Beautiful Vacation Home
