Stay as many days as you like in the Harper House, a lovely 3BR home with fantastic ocean views on the 4x4 beach. It is now available for check in/check out any day of the week with a three night minimum stay. The wide beach and close beach access make this North Swan home an easy choice! Located on the second row with no oceanfront home directly in front, Harper House views and sounds of the surf come right into the living room! The heavenly breezes will whoosh all of your cares away and relax your soul. The owners of this home love the minimalist approach and it shows in the outfitting of every room. The Ocean is the main focal point from both levels. There IS a tv for the diehard, but there are no other screens to divert your attention from the focus of the Atlantic Ocean and your family.

Level one has a keyless entry which makes life so much easier! No keys to find or lose!
On level two there is a queen master bedroom with a gorgeous master bath and huge private deck. The other two bedrooms on level two share a hallway bath and are a queen in one, and two twins in the other. Linens and towels are provided.
On level three you will find a wide open kitchen with very comfortable and inviting island seating, leather sofas, the lone smart TV connected to satellite and a huge dining room table. Expansive wrap around decks invite you to partake in a sun drenched south exposure or the more relaxed ocean side covered porch. The teak outside dining table will invite you to picnic while listening to the pounding surf. The fact that there are no homes between you and the ocean makes Harper House a delightful way to reconnect with nature. The ocean views will delight you with dolphins, pelicans, shore birds and surf, while the occasional fox or wild horse will top off the back to basics feeling that Harper House provides. The ocean is calling.. come experience it in full at Harper House.

ANY DAY Check in - 4 Wheel Drive Required - Linens and Towels provided - located approximately 7 miles up the 4x4 beach - NO pets. Parking passes for parking two cars on the beach are included with this home. Parking at the house is free and unlimited. There is No Pool or Hot Tub at this home. Booking directly saves money!

Awesome house in an equally awesome setting. There are full ocean views from the upper deck and you can hear the waves crashing with the windows open. The 4x4 only beach was a great experience for the whole family. You pull up on the beach and it is like your own private area. The wild horses walked through the yard multiple days. Would definitely recommend!

A view that makes it relaxing to cook on vacation

We had an amazing week at Harper House. You can’t beat the view from the kitchen. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Some lounge chairs would be great for the deck!

Very nice home, very good deal considering pricing versus view. Newer home, updated, good lay out, covered parking, interior stairs, big decks. Would not hesitate to rent Harper House again.

Beautiful house!

This house was prefect for us! We got the gorgeous view and the beach was just steps away. House had fast internet and that was a bonus since I had to take a work call. It was clean and neat and the hosts were a delight! Thank you and we will see you next year!

Lovely home with a lot of open space on the top floor. Views were spectacular. I would take an atv next time to go back and forth to the beach.

We had the best week ever at the Harper House. This place was perfect for us and it was immaculate. It had everything we needed and more (except for those dang front porch rockers lol...inside joke). Easy access to the ocean and wild horses everywhere. I wish I could leave a bunch of our pics. Laura at Carova Cottages was awesome. Can't wait to come back!!

Property was just as described. Simple, clean and comfortable. You are down the island, just a bit over 7 miles from where you come on so be prepared. The horses are there! So cool, one night we had 5 on the property. The beach is beautiful. Our stay was during a super moon, so getting off the day we left was an adventure, almost no beach to drive..we saw more of the “back” island. Fun experience.

Horses were very abundant and often came right up to the house. We would recommend this house to any family or small get together, you'll have a great time.

The house is in a fantastic location with great views from the decks and a short walk to the beach. However, the cleaning crew left a lot to be desired in terms of the cleanliness of the house. The dishwasher was loaded with dirty dishes, which were made worse by the fact that a coffee filter full of old ground had been dumped inside of it along with broken glass in the bottom of the dishwasher. Most of the glasses and the silverware in the drawer was dirty, with food still stuck to them. There were sticky spots on the floors at all levels, and the towels smelled moldy. I would highly encourage possible renters to bring all of the supplies they may need as there were no paper towels and little to no tp in the bathrooms.We still had a great trip, but it really took a day to reset the house before we could relax and enjoy ourselves.

Best vacation ever.

This property is beautiful and has one of the best views of sun rising I have ever seen. Very peaceful, calming and relaxing vacation week. Exactly what we were looking for. Driving down the sandy beach in order to get to the house was so much fun each time. I will recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay. My family and I would rent this house again in the future. Thank you Laura for allowing us to borrow you beautiful property for the week. A family vacation we will never forget. PS. We loved the wild horses. So beautiful to watch.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a fairly new home and the photos online don’t do it justice. The house is absolutely beautiful and the views are amazing; beach view and sunset views. Beautiful hardwood floors. We love that the house decor is minimal because it’s less dust to accumulate on decor sitting around. The kitchen was well stocked. The carpets were vacuumed but the floors (especially the bathroom floors and kitchen) were not cleaned. Hair, sand, dirt were clearly visible. I would suggest blinds for the upstairs windows in the kitchen and dining room only because when the sun is setting, it’s very blinding and you cannot even sit in the room or prepare a meal because it’s so blinding. We love all the open window concept but blinds in those windows would cut down on the intense glare. I would also suggest bigger wine glasses. Other than that, the house was perfect for us and we enjoyed it.
