Beaupre, Mont Sainte Anne Condo
Overall good rental but with a couple issues. The unit is part of a condo complex with some shared facilities. My daughters and my son-in-law were impressed with the workout facility and made good use of it. We had plenty of room and were generally pretty comfortable.
One of the rooms was above the sauna down in the pool area. That room stayed hotter than the rest.
Initially the TV didn't work. Turned out that we did not have the correct remote. When we asked the people working the desk in the lobby, they were not particularly helpful so I contacted the listing owner via VRBO and he did send a maintenance man who got a new remote and got the ROKU working.
The cable was still out and the maintenance man said he would be back the next day, but he didn't come back. In fairness we had told that we didn't care much about the cable and really just wanted to be able to stream. It was between Christmas and New Years so staffing was probably a bit short.
The hot tub was out of order and the water looked unclean. Some guests from Montreal we nearby who said they come here every year and it never works.
It's a great location. It was an easy drive to Quebec City. It was very close to Mont Sainte Anne (which was unfortunately closed due to some issue with their gondola. Fortunately, Le Massif de Charlevoix was not too far so we still got a couple days of skiing in. We would consider staying there again as we plan to visit in the summer sometime.
