- The Sunglow Resort's association will allow parking of one vehicle per unit. If they can accommodate a second vehicle, then the front desk will make that determination based upon building occupancy. No trailer parking
- Additional fees and taxes may apply (ie. early check-in / late check-out pending availability).
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in

These activities are at no additional cost or obligation. You will receive information from Xplorie and you can contact them to set up your tickets. You can make reservations for your tickets with Xplorie up to 48 hours prior to your arrival. You will receive one ticket per each attraction. Additional guests will pay full price. Unused admissions expire daily and do not apply to monthly reservations.
***Concrete Restoration:
Concrete Repairs on floors 1-10 start Monday 10-27-25 and will be done around 12-1-25. Painting will start 11-17 and will be done around 12-1-25. Waterproofing will start 12-1-25 and will be done around 12-8-25. Railing paint will start 12-8-25 and will be done around 12-15-25. Punch out 12-15-25 and will be done around 12-18-25. Demobilize 12-18-25 and will be done around 12-22-25. Access to condo’s may be needed. Please understand that the work will be noisy at times and that some areas of the building may be off limits to guests for short periods of time. For example, when a balcony gets painted on the East side, then the area will need time to dry.
All balcony furniture will need to be moved inside of the condo during balcony painting. (Subject to Change). Weather and other items beyond our control may change the dates of completion.

Enjoy the nostalgia of Daytona Beach Shores in this unit which over looks the the ocean and intracoastal waterways from it's 7th floor private balcony! Wake up early to a magical sunrise and then later watch the skies light up to a magnificent river view sunset!
Two bedroom / 2 bathroom unit sleeps 6 people and features a King size bed in the master bedroom with 32" Fire TV for streaming and cable. Guest bedroom features (2) two Queen size beds with 32" Fire TV for streaming and private bathroom with walk-in shower.
The living room features a 42" Roku TV with cable, DVD player, Queen sleeper sofa, sitting chair, and coffee table. Hallway bathroom has tub and shower combo. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to make home cooked meals. A full size refrigerator w/ ice maker, dishwasher, stove, mini oven, microwave, coffee pot, crockpot, pots, pan, plates, bowls, cups and utensils. Four bar stools at kitchen bar and a 3 top bar with stools giving plenty of room for all to sit and eat. The living / dining / kitchen space are all open making it easy to enjoy each others company and the view of Florida's coastline. Linens and bath towels provided.
Resort includes free WiFi, heated swimming pool, hot tub, sun deck with restrooms and showers overlooking the beach with quick and easy access to the Sunglow Fishing Pier and Crabby Joe's Deck and Grill.
