***Please note, HURRICANE UPDATE: Sunglow Resort has finally reopened after 7 months of closure for renovations! However, the pool & spa are still UNAVAILABLE and completion is expected by June 2024 (subject to change). Therefore, we have DISCOUNTED this property's rates. Beach access is next door at Sunglow Pier (or) Dahlia Avenue Park (which has parking, showers, bathroom and a playground.) just north of the Sunglow building approximately 1 block. Please inquire before booking if a certain amenity is mandatory for your stay as this information is evolving. ***Please note that this property has some aftereffects caused by Hurricane Ian/Nicole that are not shown in the photos and descriptions which were taken prior to the storm. The condo unit is currently available based on it being in a rentable condition. We are still more than happy to accept bookings if you'd like to stay in our condo!! Welcome to Daytona Beach Shores Sunglow Resort and iconic pier!

Enjoy the nostalgia of Daytona Beach Shores in this unit which over looks the the ocean and intracoastal waterways from it's 7th floor private balcony! Wake up early to a magical sunrise and then later watch the skies light up to a magnificent river view sunset!

Two bedroom / 2 bathroom unit sleeps 6 people and features a King size bed in the master bedroom with 32" Fire TV for streaming and cable. Guest bedroom features (2) two Queen size beds with 32" Fire TV for streaming and private bathroom with walk-in shower.

The living room features a 42" Roku TV with cable, DVD player, NEW Queen sleeper sofa, NEW recliner, NEW sitting chair and coffee table. Hallway bathroom has tub and shower combo. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to make home cooked meals. A full size refrigerator w/ ice maker, dishwasher, stove, mini oven, microwave, coffee pot, crockpot, pots, pan, plates, bowls, cups and utensils. Four bar stools at kitchen bar and a 3 top bar with stools giving plenty of room for all to sit and eat. The living / dining / kitchen space are all open making it easy to enjoy each others company and the view of Florida's coastline. Linens and bath towels provided.

Resort includes free WiFi, heated swimming pool, hot tub, sun deck with restrooms and showers overlooking the beach with quick and easy access to the Sunglow Fishing Pier and Crabby Joe's Deck and Grill.

*Please note, due to the 2022 hurricanes the pool, spa and pool deck are not accessible (pricing has been adjusted accordingly), however, Daytona Beach Lagoon has unlimited use of their water park with the wave pool season pass for 2024.

The Sunglow Fishing Pier has been around since 1960 and is a great place to fish and spend quality time with friends and family. Pier anglers are known to catch a wide variety of fish on the Sunglow Pier such as Whiting, Kings, Pompanos, Flounder, Trout, Spanish Mackerel, Sheep’s Head, Blues, Sail Cat, Tarpon and different kinds of shark species!

The Daytona Beach Shores Fishing Pier offers many amenities such as a bait shack, fish cleaning areas, well lighted benches, seats, fishing pole rentals and frozen bait!
