Peace house

We had a good time staying in this property. Everything was clean with enough spaces to share with family and friends and the owner of the property and management were really helpful at the moment when we need it.

A good location.

We were pleased with everything except the mattress in the downstairs and one upstairs. Well supplied with necessities. Do we get a rebate for leaving the house in such a good condition? Overall we were pleased with our stay. We were in town for a graduation.

Nice but

House was cool big and spacious really needs furniture upgrades but was cool the house also needs to be debugged had what looked like termites in the house but it was convenient and a cool place

My stay

I enjoyed my stay with the exception of the host not responding as timely as she should have and never responding to calls I made to her several times. There was no remote in one of the upstairs bedrooms but that was okay because he did homework all weekend. However the water upstairs wouldn’t get hot so emailed the hostess and she finally responded after 11 the next day By then we had figured it out

Worst BEDS EVER

Firstly, the positive. This property was clean & check-in was uncomplicated. It is spacious. Location was sufficient for our needs. Seems well stocked & everything was in working condition. Not so good: Decorations are old. Some lights did not work. Dark stairs had no overhead light. Contacted the host about a missing iron & lights that were out, but did not receive any response. Extremely bad: Unfortunately the beds were the worst we’ve ever slept on in a rental. Bucket beds are an understatement. All 5 mattresses were so horrendous, it seemed like they were picked up off of the side of the road. I do not recommend this rental unless they get new mattresses.

Holiday Vacay

For Christmas 2022, our family of 7 had planned on staying in the heart of Tampa. We stumbled on this gem of a house/neighborhood/city just outside Tampa. 23 minutes from airport. (Family flying in from 3 states) , close to Ybor, close to groceries and ethnic foods. Gated community, located in cul de sac, quiet neighborhood. House was huge. Master BR downstairs and 4 BRs upstairs with huge entertainment space we used for Christmas morning. Plenty of seating and relaxation areas. Dining table accommodated everyone. We did see some properties that said slept up to 10 but pics showed dining table for 4. Seriously? This home accommodated seating, eating and sleeping for everyone and was clean. There were some quirks but nothing major. I would advise the only inconvenience was the size of the water heater. Very small for a 5BR home. We just scheduled around it. We would definitely stay again.

We really wanted to like this house...

The house is in a quiet, private neighborhood at the end of a culdesac so there's no street traffic. There is no street parking allowed so make sure you use the garage and driveway to park your vehicles. The home has a master suite with queen bed downstairs right off the kitchen/dining area. The mattress could have been better but the room is huge. In addition to the full bath in the master suite there's a half bath. There is a laundry available for use. Upstairs has the other four bedrooms, all with queen beds, and a large sitting area to congregate in. One of the four bedrooms has a jack/jill bathroom and there's another full bathroom upstairs also. Unfortunately, the A/C unit upstairs can't keep up with the Florida heat in the summer. It was 81 degrees at best during the day but then did get down to 73 at night. It made the area difficult to congregate in due to the heat. The property management was made aware and the best they could do was send someone the next day. We chose to deal with it instead of holding up our plans for the day waiting on the A/C company to respond. The refrigerator in the kitchen also did not work. We didn't realize it until the next morning when we discovered everything in the refrigerator was room temperature at best. Clearly there has been issues prior to our arrival because someone before us left a Seagram's bottle in the ice maker. We discovered that when we tried to use the ice dispenser and red liquid started pouring out all over the floor. We were still cleaning up water the next day as it just kept leaking out of the bottom of the freezer. We also couldn't get the door lock to work properly when we left. It would unlock but not lock the door. The couches could use a refresh as well. Nothing too inconvenient but considering everything else. The property management was quick to respond to my messages. I'd consider staying here again if the issues were addressed.

They house was immaculate, the only reason for the 4 star is the driveway is small.. I came with 5 guys we had 2 trucks and 5 motorcycle which we kept in the garage, since the driveway was short we had to park the trucks side by side. When we wanted to ride the motorcycles someone had to move 1 of the trucks so we could get out of the garage. If you coming with your family only this would be an excellent place.

NEEDS DEEP CLEANING

The home has a lot of dust, the windows in all the rooms are filthy. The sliding door in the downstairs living room has half the vertical blinds missing or broken thrown behind the sofa. The kitchen had some sticky substance on the whole tile floor, very little utensils. We had to go out and buy a wine bottle corkscrew. I requested a regular size coffee maker like the one on the home photo and a hour hour extended departure but never received a reply. we did receive a welcome to our home message after my request but never an answer on my 2 questions. The location of the home is very nice and quiet . Home needs to be updated.

Uncomfortable

The house was not clean. The master shower were nasty and the counter was infested with bugs. The couch in the seating area upstairs was infested with bugs and all the seats didn't recline. The bugs probably came because there was food left in the cup holder. There needs to be a serious deep clean. The floor boards were brown and look like they have never been cleaned. The filter was disgusting and look like it has never been changed. Every single bed was missing middle support and felt like we were sinking in the bed. There were spider webs EVERYWHERE. It smelled terrible. The towels had what look like blood stains on them. We were all so uncomfortable in that house. That house need to be removed from renting out until it gets cleaned because that was a horrible experience.
