This single-level 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers walkable access to the West Wall and Peach Tree lifts, excellent year-round shuttle service, and all the cozy touches that make for an easy, enjoyable Crested Butte getaway—winter, summer, or in between.

Parking Note: No additional overnight parking is permitted in Mt. Crested Butte. Extra vehicles must park in the Town of Crested Butte and follow all posted signage and alternate-side snow rules.

Great location for exploring Crested Butte

Great location for our summer adventures in Crested Butte. Check in process was extremely easy and condo was exactly as described. Would stay again if we are back in the area!

Our unit looked to have been recently painted and nicely upgraded. Kitchen is small but functional. Great location. Ample parking with permit.

Property was very nice, updated, close to the ski resort so walkable. There are many stairs down to the unit so be prepared if that would be an issue for you carrying luggage and coolers. The main level of parking is on the 3rd level and unit is on the ground level. Only complaint is the mattresses, need to be updated very uncomfortable and dipped in the middle.

Spacious counter top was a great place for dinner, card games and gathering as a family. The hot tub was key after our long ski runs. Loved it being outdoors with an amazing sunset view. Also bus stop at our building made traveling around the area effortless.I would recommend getting a new clothing dryer as the one in the unit is very old and had to run for 6 hours to dry a load of clothes. Also the master bed made lots of noise (creaking and popping) everytime we rolled over.

Great Place, clean and comfortable. Needs hooks on the walls to hang ski gear. I liked the 1st floor until we found out we had to carry everything down two flights of stairs.

The condo was clean, well-situated and well-appointed for our needs. We enjoyed the back deck, the well-stocked kitchen, the video game systems and the short (5min) walk to the base of West Wall Lift. The shared grill and hot tub were nice as was the view over the valley from the deck.The unit did, however, bear all the telltale signs of slight neglect typical of property management groups. Loose fixtures, lack of washing powder (for both laundry machine and dishwasher) and a malfunctioning dryer. They were also difficult to reach via email and text. I would recommend planning your check-out ahead-of-time because they were very inflexible about where to leave our luggage. We ended up having to schlep our gear a mile up the hill to their offices. It left a bad taste in my mouth that, once we'd arrived, they said "oh, we could've picked you up". Maybe offer that when we asked about luggage storage? It just seems typical of property management companies in general from my experience.All that said, overall it was a comfortable stay and the condo was perfectly adequate for our needs.

Regarding communication, that’s typically a strong point for us, so we’ll review what may have caused the disconnect during your stay. On the luggage piece — we understand how that felt frustrating. Our standard check-out time is 10:00am, which aligns with industry norms and allows our team the time needed for same-day turnovers. When we can offer late check-outs or additional help, we absolutely do. In your case, we were able to offer some additional assistance with luggage based on availability, though that type of support isn’t a standard service and does require coordination. It sounds like timing didn’t quite line up for everything, and we could have communicated that more clearly. Thanks again for staying with us — we’re glad the condo delivered a comfortable stay and appreciate the candid feedback.

The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We thought the beds were comfortable. Parking was good. The check in process was easy. I failed to read all the reviews and it was a surprise to walk down a couple of flights of stairs to a ground floor unit. So that’s on me. The building is a good location but pretty much a dump. We saw a mouse huddled on one of the stair landings. There’s no building security. The exterior door to the stairwell had been removed from the hinges so anyone could just walk in. We wouldn’t stay there again.

Location is good. The Condo is sparsely appointed. The streaming service is completely inadequate for a rental property with no access to any channel people actually watch. The internet service was also spotty and devices were continually disconnected. The bed pillows were the absolute worst. We laughed as we compared them to boat throw cushions. Needs a major upgrade.

We're sorry to hear that this condo did not seem to be a good fit for you and your traveling party. The Internet service has been upgraded since the end of the ski season this year with a new local program offer. The condo was recently remodeled and new furnishings were provided to the owner's preference. I suppose it just wasn't this guest's cup of tea, so please keep this in mind when booking.

The steam room, sauna and gym area are disgusting and look like people use the area for storage. None of the amenities work other than the hot tub. We were also approached and told to watch our trash because the building is infested with mice.

Thanks for your review, Nathanael. We're happy to hear that you enjoyed the condo! The steam room, sauna, and gym are not offered as amenities and are no longer advertised as available. But the hot tub deck is amazing with stellar down valley views that can't be beat! And as in any mountain town, trash needs to be brought to dumpsters or stored in animal proof containers because of many different types of wildlife. Thanks, again!

Everything we needed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen had all of the basic necessities. The place was the perfect size for two couples. It was a short walk to the west wall lift, and there was also a shuttle close by that ran every 30 minutes to get to the main base and the shuttle to town. The hot tub was not working when we got there but the management company was responsive and contacted the property manager to get it fixed. Once it was repaired, the hot tub was great with an amazing view of the valley. We were thinking that being on the 1st floor would mean no stairs, but the parking lot is actually at the third floor level so there are stairs to get to the condo. We would stay here again.

Updated, clean, but had minor misses

The apartment has been updated and was very clean and quiet. The internet service was unreliable during the day, but better in the mornings and evenings. The apartment is on the ground floor, but you enter the building on the 3rd floor, so there are still 2 flight of stairs to negotiate. The kitchen garbage can was only a small bathroom trash can and had to empty after nearly every meal. Finally we found the TV too big for the sitting distance in the room.

Wonderful ski trip condo

Reviewer Comments: Great little condo - clean and updated, nice amenities such as dish wear, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee maker (which was grounds only- honestly kcup coffee maker would have been neater), overall very quiet location. Available gaming was a plus! Heating unit controls in each room was great! Con - NO sound proofing between walls within the unit itself and rooms are next to each other. Can hear from bedroom to bedroom as though you are in the same room. My husband and I were there with our adult daughter and her boyfriend - AWKWARD. The condo complex did not shovel snow or clear parking lot or walkway to the condo - sloppy, icy, slippery, dangerous gross mess.
