GREAT VALUE IN A CENTRAL LOCATION

This street level three bedroom unit is about as central as you can get. The dining and lounge rooms open onto a north facing deck and offers views of the beach, Killick Creek and surrounding areas.

Facilities include reverse cycle air-conditioner, gas barbecue, washing machine and al-fresco deck with ocean views.

Guests don't have access to the back yard.

The lower level of Seaview contains the owners facilities and is sometimes in use by them.

Please note: Personal linen is not provided and guests will need to bring their own sheets, towels and pillowcases. If you would like to hire linen, this can be provided at an additional cost.

PLEASE NOTE - This property has a 4 night minimum stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only problem I have with our stay was that we couldn’t book for just the Easter weekend. We had to book Saturday to Saturday. And because we love our stops in Crescent we paid the extra, but checked out 3 days early!! Some flexibility for repeat stays would be great.
