Villa Marris is situated on the hillside of Lurin. This villa offers an extraordinary panoramic view of St Jean’s bay. The outside area is very pleasant and comfortable. A covered terrace overlooking the sea.



A gazebo, with an outside living area, where you will enjoy taking the time for an aperitif and a dining area, where you will share your dinners with family or friends. A large garden which a part of it, is an artificial beach with sunbeds that leads to an incredible point of view.



Marris has three bedrooms. Two of them are accessible by the living room. One has a view of the ocean and the other has a private terrace. The third bedroom is on the lower level and is accessible by the terrace. It overlooks the ocean and the garden.



Within just five minutes by car to Gustavia and its shops, you will appreciate the calm of this villa located at the end of a long private path.



This can be rented as 1 - 3 bedroom option.
