The Itacimirim Summer Ville Condominium is located on Av. Principal, between Streets 5 and 6 of Praia da Espera in Itacimirim, Camaçari, Bahia.

It is approximately 50 meters from the sand at Praia da Espera.

Air-conditioned suites with split-system air conditioners and equipped with smart TVs.

The house is fully furnished and equipped with furniture, appliances, and kitchenware, as well as bedding (sheets, pillowcases, blankets, etc.) and bath linens (body and face towels).

PLEASE NOTE: The property is brand new; everything is new and in perfect working condition. If the guest responsible for the rental damages the property or any item contained within it, the damage must be repaired and the cost reimbursed with monetary adjustment, as established in the rental agreement.

SUGGESTIONS FOR WHAT TO BRING: Plastic containers and bowls; skewers; a meat knife; food and bottled water; personal hygiene items.

NOTE: The house must be left tidy, free of trash, and with the dishes washed so that the check-out inspection can be conducted.

Guests have access to the unit’s parking spaces in the parking lot and to the condominium’s common recreational area (swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, soccer field, playground, and barbecue area, subject to reservation and payment of a R$ 60.00 fee to the condominium).

NOTE: It is prohibited to receive visitors or guests in the condominium or in the unit (village).

Check-in: 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM (the condo front desk is open until 4:00 PM). If you need to check in before 2:00 PM or after 4:00 PM, please arrange a time with the host.


Check-out: 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. (The check-out time cannot be extended further, as the staff member needs to inspect the property, collect the keys, and then return to Salvador via public transportation).

1- Total number of guests: 8 (including adults and children up to 10 years old); adding or replacing guests is not permitted;
2- Only one pet is allowed, provided it is a small pet weighing up to 15 kg with a docile and calm temperament;
3- Electricity is billed separately (R$ 30.00/day).
4- The laundry fee (R$ 200.00) is charged together with the cleaning fee (R$ 150.00) automatically at the time of booking through the platform.
5- A rental agreement is signed with the guest responsible for renting the property;
6- It is mandatory to provide copies or photos of all guests’ identification documents for registration and access to the condominium;
7- Guests must comply with the house and condominium rules, including the use of identification wristbands for access to the condominium;
8- Smoking, parties, and/or events are prohibited on the property and within the condominium;
9- Use of the condominium’s kiosks and barbecue grills is permitted by prior reservation from Monday through Friday (on Saturdays, Sundays, days before holidays, and holidays, use of the 2 kiosks and 2 barbecue grills is communal);
10- Check-in: 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Check-out: 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
