Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish lake Pearl cottage/home. You can swim, boat, fish in clear water. With internet and all amenities included it is an ideal place to enjoy the nature around and take in new serene scenery.
The space
This beautiful open concept lake house fully equipped with a full kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 large dinning rooms, 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom and large outdoor wood Sauna. You can bring your entire family and enjoy the breathtaking views of lake Pearl and all the beautiful nature around.
Guest access
Full access to entire home, except for 1 room on side of the home as addition is locked used by host for storage. There are 2 parking spots for 2 cars. Maximize parking allowed are 3 cars.
Other things to note
Restrictions: No parties and/or events. Families only. This is a quiet community - please be mindful of neighbors. Quiet hours 11.00pm to 8.00 am. Minimum rental period is 3 nights. Subletting not permitted. No PETS.
