Ocean view on Booroo is a spacious family home overlooking the ocean and across to Merimbula. Natural light and amazing views will not disappoint.
The two storey home is just a few minutes walk from Pambula beach, Lions park beach and Pambula incredible rivermouth. A short drive to the village of Pambula where you will find all your basic needs as well as boutique shopping, excellent coffee, the local pub and some delectable dining.
The home offers a hot tub/spa in the backyard as well as seasonal citrus fruit and an amazing avocado tree!

Great family holiday

Great large house in an excellent location with everything a large family or group could want for a weeks stay. Really enjoyed staying in Pambula Beach. Beach was easy to access and the hosts a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely stay again.

Great Space

The house includes 5 bedrooms plus an extra 2 beds in down stairs living area. The upstairs lounge and deck was a great size with super nice views of the water. Only a couple of minutes walk to the beach which was great. Kitchen was huge with plenty of appliances. Jodie was great with communication.

Wonderful space, beautiful region

We had an excellent weekend away with two families including seven kids aged between 7 and 14. Kids loved the spa and spent most of the weekend in it! The gas fireplace on the top floor kept the place toasty warm and the large open plan kitchen was wonderful to host our group of 11 people. The backyard is beautiful with citrus and avocado trees creating a magnificent vibe. All rooms are well appointed. Worth noting that the downstairs is self contained with 2 bedrooms plus 2 additional single beds in the open plan space. The upstairs main house has 3 bedrooms including a huge master with ensuite. It was no trouble going up and down the external stairs out the back or out the front between the two front doors. The aspect is great, you can see the water from the kitchen, living room and top deck, and facing north you get to see sunrise and sunset. Pambula town is about 5 min drive away, which has beautiful cafes, bakeries, pub and pizza shop etc. The property is an easy 5 min walk to the sand and river mouth, and there is a fish and chip / general store at the caravan park. (Great chips and potato scollops!). Host was wonderful with communication, and we were able to checkin a bit early as the property was available when we arrived.

Lovely house close to everything

We absolutely loved staying over at this cozy holiday home so close to Pambula beach. The rooms were all very spacious and clean. We did this trip with a group of friend with few kids . So having three bathrooms was very helpful . We will be back . Thank you Jodie for such a lovely experience

Spacious house with lovely views

This place is awesome, we had a great week exploring the area. The house was comfortable, with lovely ocean views and had plenty of room for our two families with 2 adults and 2kids each. Worth noting the upstairs and downstairs areas are not connected with internal stairs. We were there in winter and the house was cosy and warm. Definitely recommend for a great holiday home base.

Great experience.

Had a wonderful long weekend stay with extended family. Clean, spacious property with awesome views of Pambula beach. Enough room for everyone. Kids loved the proximity to the local store where the chips are “the best we’ve ever had”. They had a blast making s’mores by the fire pit. The fact everyone enjoyed themselves during one of the coldest winter weekends we’ve ever had means summer would be astounding. Will definitely be back.
