The Space:
You will smile as soon as you open the door to this retro fitted apartment in Drummoyne. Bathed in north-eastern sunlight, the master bedroom comes with Queen Bed and the second bedroom has Double bed with Single bunk bed above. All quality bed linens and towels are provided. New bathroom is complete with full size bath, shower and basin. Separate WC and laundry with washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with electric induction stove top, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and electric oven. All kitchen cookware and utensils provided. A dedicated work space comes with FREE Wi-fi and there is plenty of FREE, unrestricted street parking in direct vicinity to apartment building. The polished floating floors throughout and leafy outlook from north- east facing balcony finish your apartment interior.
A short walk to the bottom of the street will take you along Sydney Harbour's famous water- front walks with flat walking tracks; great for relaxing after a long day at work or fantastic for the kids wanting to burn off some energy on their scooter, bike or a climb and swing at Taplin Park Playground!
Head to Sydney CBD, Sydney University, Macquarie University and UTS via express busses in just minutes and enjoy local Drummoyne cafes, restaurants, gourmet shopping at Harris Farm or discounts galore at Birkenhead Point Shopping Mall!
Return home to relax on the balcony looking into the leafy tree-tops and across to Gladesville Bridge and enjoy all that Sydney has to offer in only a short distance away in all directions!

Kadmus Lebanese Cuisine, Lyons Rd Drummoyne: Discover where a love for Lebanese cuisine meets tradition at KADMUS Lebanese restaurant on Thompson Street in Drummoyne. This Sydney dining destination serves up the vibrant flavours of Lebanon crafted with passion and shared with heart in surrounds of white-clothed tables, walls adorned with photos of the homeland and softly glowing pendent lights.
Chargrill Charlie's, Lyons Rd, Drummoyne: Opened their first store in 1989 on the golden shores of Coogee. Fun for the whole family, the cooked chook takes on an entire new meaning at Chargrilled Charlie's where their chips (fries) are sought after all across Sydney and Melbourne!

The Neighborhood:
Drummoyne is a suburb in the Inner West of Sydney. This area six kilometres west of the Sydney CBD is known for its cafe and dining options along Lyons Rd and Victoria Rd.
Getting Around:
Express CBD buses available along both Lyons Rd and Victoria Rd.
-Ferry - Drummoyne Wharf
-CBD - 13 minutes to Circular Quay
-Sydney Olympic Park Wharf - 30 minutes
Go Get Car Hire is also a popular car share facility readily available in the local area.
Other Things to Note:
-Mandatory fortnightly clean of $265 for any bookings over 2 weeks.
-Clean fee bookings over 2 months $265
-Accidental lock out or failure to return keys to lock box at exit $150
In accordance with our terms and conditions, we require a government-issued ID and a selfie to confirm the booking. The ID must match the name on the reservation before confirmation can be sent.
You will receive a secure link where you can safely upload the required documents. Once the booking is confirmed, a confirmation notice will be sent to you.
The property was clean on arrival and in a nice suburb, there is however a flight parh to Sydney airport that go overhead, if you close the doors and windows the noise is not to bad.We did find that there was a wate leak somewhere in the laundry/ bathroom but we where unable to find where it was.

Regarding the aircraft noise, you’re right that the home is located under a flight path to Sydney Airport. As you mentioned, closing the doors and windows does help reduce the sound, and most guests find it manageable.
We also appreciate you bringing the possible water leak to our attention. We take this seriously and will have our maintenance team investigate the laundry/bathroom area right away to identify and resolve the issue.
