Place was clean, spacious and comfortable. The thermostat is controlled remotely, so just let the host know what you would like it set at. She was more the happy to accommodate. Nicci was an excellent communicator and made us feel welcomed.

Nice-sized house in good location

We were in town for the Taylor Swift concert. Booking this house was far easier and much less expensive than a local hotel, many of which filled up very quickly, The host's communication was excellent and she checked in to be sure things were going well. The house is very nice. Clean and spacious.

Misleading

The overal size of bedrooms, kitchen area, and dining are we pleasant and verybspacious for my family of 5. Cosmetics of the flat was not to standard. Open floor boards around the rooms. Cupboards that dont close all the way. Open electrical outlets with no face plates. Beds we not comfortable at all. Broken mattress on multiple beds. The flat as whole needs to be upgraded. Many areas that could be improved. Host was great at communication and quick to respond. Had no issues checking in or out. Gave this a 2 star based mostly on how beds were broken and lack of basic care around the rooms.

Cozy, convenient stay

The home was very clean with everything we needed included. Location is convenient to the expressway. Beds were a queen, a double and two twins. Host was quick to respond to my trouble with the electronic lock and we got it figured out with no additional issues. Thank you.

Amazing host!!!

From check in to check out Nikki was amazing. The best experience I’ve had with any host. She is so understanding and so helpful and goes to great lengths to make sure her guests are having a good time. She is down to earth and so accommodating. Her place is beautifully decorated and she will make sure you enjoy your stay. It was an Amazing stay she made our weekend even better.
