Quiet, near-new, fully self contained 3 bedroom dwelling with own private driveway, parking and peaceful, leafy outlook. 5 minute drive to Octagon. Decking area for sunny days. TV/DVD, free unlimited Wifi and office nook. Portacot available. Easy walk to NightNDay, fish n chip shop, liquor store and petrol station. Bus stop at end of street. Welcome back to previous guests - we have now finally been able to install the kitchen sink!

Bothan Beag is your own private dwelling in a quiet neighbourhood with a country feel, yet very handy to the city. We pride ourselves on providing a clean, restful and comfortable "home away from home".

Superb accommodation. Very suitable for a family. spotless, warm, tastefully decorated, parking, lots of convenient amenities. Conveniently located close to the city and lots of activities. Our host was amazing and helped us efficiently with any queries. Thank you for a wonderful stay as always!

Exactly what we needed for the last night of our little road trip in the South Island.Arrived to a warm and tidy space. Small kitchen that looked well equipped although we didn’t use it. Grateful for the quick 15min wash cycle which allowed us to take home clean clothes! Thanks

Wonderfull city home in a forest nest

We enjoyed the place a lot. Secluded and quiet, but close to the city. It was a lovely stay for our family of 3, during 10 days of vacations.

Great stay!

Loved Dunedin and this place was great! Would recommend staying here as it is close to town, food and attractions (if you have a car). The host was lovely and welcoming and the Bach had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

This is a good property that needs better cleaning (cobwebs, spiders, greasy sharp knife), better microwave saucepans, better cooking facilities and instructions for using appliances.

Relaxing retreat

Loved that this property was slightly away from the main centre, surrounded by bush - it was a lovely retreat. Would definitely recommend to others.

Cute, neat and very comfortable

Lovely little place, 3 bedrooms with very comfortable beds, big bathroom with a lovely shower (roomy enough for two kids to shower together!). Very cost stay in August with the house staying very warm

Nice and quiet

Loved the location , nice and peaceful. Catching the bus for a short ride was easy and bus stop at the bottom of the rd. Bed was very comfortable.
