ORFORD RELAXATION AND BEACH

We loved our week in Orford and the property had all that we needed. It was a good base to go to Swansea for the day and go to Triabunna for shopping and fresh seafood. Jak and Frodo (furbabies) were most welcome and loved their walks on the beach every day which was only 2 houses away from our stay. The only down side was the internet was intermittent and lack of tv stations, but that is minor and our personal choice. We highly recommend to anyone wanting a stay in Orford to book at 12 Rudd Avenue. You won't regret it.

Very clean and tidy property. Had a relaxing stay with beach access close by. Washing machine needs attention and couldn’t find hot tub.

Great family accommodation

A quiet property that was enjoyably to stay at. Great for a family, the boys played backyard cricket and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal.Only criticism was the queen size bed was very firm to sleep on, the bbq needed a good clean and there was no hot tub like advertised.

Excellent Location

So close to the beach such a great location the house was clean everything you need is there pet friendly even a ball for our dog to play with couldn’t be happier it was so good we are going back again before we return home thank you

Delightful

Our fifth or sixth stay. Always a pleasure. Immaculately clean, warm in winter, good kitchen, fenced garden for the pups and 3 minutes walk to the beach. Great meals nearby at the Spring Bay Hotel.

I can’t tell you how happy we were with the cottage. Everything you could need is on hand and it was very welcoming and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and will return again before the crowds come back in summer. Winter getaways are the best. Loved the whole experience and will definitely recommend to others.

Beautiful place, so close to beach and cafe. Great spot to relax and/or enjoy long walks. Dog friendly is such a highlight also.

Chillaxin getaway in Orford

Perfect property, warm & cozy, well equipment with the essentials for living. Quiet end street, all the comforts of home. Awesome to lay in bed and hear the waves roll in on the beach. Our 10+year old Lab "Josie" loved the yard it was safe and secure for her. Cafes and supermarket all in a gentle walking distance. Will be back for sure. :-)

Perfect getaway

What a delightful cottage just steps away from the beach. A rare treat with an amazing garden for dogs to romp in. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Holiday home.

It was very comfortable. Quiet and peaceful. It suited three adults very well but would be excellent for a family. We used it as a base to go to Maria island. Our stay was only two nights but if you stayed longer then the outdoor areas would be great to relax in.

We Love This House!

This was our second stay and it won't be our last! The house is so casual and homely, like a real beach shack. Being able to walk to the beach is a real bonus. Also easy walking distance to the shops for supplies, a coffee or a meal. Love that it is dog friendly too. Excellent communication with both the owner and property manager who went out of her way to help when we left an item of clothing in one of the bedrooms - thanks Marie! Highly recommended

Such an amazing property. We really enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave. Lots of space in the yard for kids to play. Very good BBQ, although it wasn’t mentioned in the property description. We look forward to returning to this place again.
