Recently updated this sunny one bedroom one bath condominium has beach views and is just a two minute walk to the famous Siesta Key Beach. Come and experience the surprisingly white powdery-soft quartz sand and beautiful sunsets! The condo's screened in lanai is perfect for enjoying those beautiful sunsets or just relaxing with a book or a drink. Unit 409 sleeps 4 comfortably with a queen size bed, and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Private WiFi and high-speed internet are provided. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay.

At La Siesta Condominiums it's a leisurely walk to Siesta Village or use the free Trolley service to its numerous restaurants, specialty shops, night life and other attractions and services. Explore nearby St. Armonds Circle on Lido Key, Longboat Key and downtown Sarasota. Onsite you can enjoy the heated swimming pool, designated outdoor grilling areas, shuffleboard court, game room with billiard, ping pong table and exercise room. For your convenience, there is your own close reserved parking space, and washers and dryers located right down the hall on the 4th floor by the elevator. Public tennis and pickleball courts, playground and volleyball courts are close by on the beach.

The location was amazing! Walk across the street to beach. The bed was hard, the toilet was really hard to flush, and the pool closed at 7 pm every night.

Great Location to Enjoy Siesta Key

Condo was comfortable and clean. Had a good view of the beach and ocean of our little screened-in balcony. Lots of stuff nearby and literally across the street for the parking lot and Siesta Key Beach. Highly recommend this one for a couple looking to relax and enjoy the beach and some down time at Siesta Key Village.

Best location for the beach!

We were extremely happy with the location of our condo and couldn't be more pleased with the cleanliness of the property. We walked directly to the parking lot of the beach and then onto the sands of Seista Key. We would definitely make it our preferred choice for our return trip. We were just about the half way point between the village restaurants to the north and the restaurants on Stickney Point road to the south. LaSeista condomiums also has a nice pool that my wife and I took full advantage of after a full day at the beach. The guests were a pleasant mix of both young and older and were all very friendly.

The unit needs to be refreshed especially the kitchen cupboads and the dinning room chairs seats should be refurbished.The owner should privide the basic items like Coffee Filter baskets, Hands towel paper, hand soap. toilet paper, etc for the lenght of our stay we did appreciate the good services and support from the front office staff Teresa, Robin & Therry.

LaSiesta condos

Overall very nice. Beach is across the street. Many different ways to get around town. About a 30 minute walk to the Village. This was our second time and will probably return.

We rented a condo on the fourth floor toward the beach. It was updated, quiet, spacious, and clean. Very easy check in and check out. The pool was beautiful and overall the condo was a good value. The location to the beach is accurate.The condo was right on the road for the trolly to bring you anywhere on Siesta key. Something they could improve on would be, better bed sheets and better beach chairs with an umbrella.

Very Nice Condo

Nice condo, close to the beach and Siesta Key Village. Only real drawback was that it faces Beach Road where a steady stream of very noisy traffic made it difficult to enjoy the lani and necessitated having the sliding door closed when inside.

Need 2 good quality Tommy Bahama beach chairs. Get at COSTCO. Soap, shampoo and toilet paper would be a nice addition.

Land of powder sand

The beach was just across the street and was a great beach. The sand is like powder, there is no grit in the sand and doesn’t burn you feet at all. The walk to the village on the beach took about 15 minutes. Great restaurants! We rented kayaks one day , bikes another and too a Segway tour in Sarasota one day. Lots to see and do. Nice view of the gulf from the unit. Highly recommend it.

Refrigerator

Good location, nice place except for the loud noise that came from the refrigerator 2 nights. Front office notified & maintenance man addressed the issue quickly & fixed it temporarily. Otherwise good stay, nice pool & clean surroundings.

La Siesta Condos

Directions where the lockbox for keys was inadequate. Outside of office by pool would help visitors. Also the pool was closed and they were doing the roof repairs daily at 8: 00 am. Other than those things the condo was perfect for me. Clean and had everything I needed. The location was across from the public beach and walking distance to the village.

PERFECT LOCATION

Great location directly across from Siesta Key Beach

Very pleased with the property. Proximetity to the beach couldn't be better. The free shuttle bus stop from the Village to Turtle Bay directly in front of the property.
