Centrally located, this luxury 2-bedroom apartment is perfect for mature age families and guests. Presenting as new, this newly built private apartment is perfect for a relaxing holiday or weekend getaway, styled with top quality furnishings. Renowned for its spotless presentation, it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests & offers cosy living in a plush setting.

With the apartment built over the two levels, the ground floor houses the following:

- Entrance to the apartment through the front door which is via keyless entry
- Shared Laundry – Front Loader Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer (Note: The laundry is shared exclusively with the owners)

As you then head up the stairs, the upper level houses the following:

-Bedroom 1 with King Bed, WIR and Ceiling Fan
-Main Bathroom – Bath, Shower and Toilet
-Bedroom 2 with Queen Bed, WIR and Ceiling Fan
-Shared Laundry has a Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer
-Kitchen has a Bar Fridge, Coffee Pod Machine, Microwave, Toaster and Kettle
-Living has a Smart TV, and Recliner Couch and coffee table
-Hot Outdoor Shower

This property also comes with split system air conditioning as well as Wi-Fi for all guests to enjoy during their stay.

The Studio 6 apartment is situated in the same townhouse as the main residence, yet is private and secluded from the owners, with private access around the side of the property. Set in one of Torquay's most exclusive addresses and close to Fisherman’s beach, Taylor Park, restaurants, cafes, and shopping, Studio 6 apartment is a fantastic holiday choice for the weekend getaway or extended stay.

Weekend away

Great place to stay at Torquay, we had a blast in the pool and at the games arcade where you can also play table tennis. Walking distance to the beach and nice restaurants. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Unbelievably close to the beach!

We stayed for three nights at this wonderful apartment and we’re really happy with the whole experience. The bedrooms are really well appointed and super comfy beds but best of all was the amazing proximity of the apartment. It was absolutely not more than a 5 minute walk to the beach and easy walk into town not more than 10 or 15 minutes. We will absolutely stay again!

Beautiful apartment, highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment, decor was lovely, very clean and organised. The linen and pillows were comfortable and of a high standard. Location was great, able to walk to shops, parks and beach. The owners of this apartment are house proud and made us feel very comfortable. We will be booking again.

Perfect location, extremely cleanly and excellent check in process

My two friends and I enjoyed 3 nights at this beautiful property over the 2022 Xmas/new year break. Words cannot explain how happy we were with the property, during quiet nights the ocean could be heard with windows open. The air conditioning was new and in perfect working order keeping us comfy and cool during our stay. The entry to the property is via pin code so it eliminated the need of multiple key cards amongst us. All in all we were extremely happy with the propery and have already recommended it to friends we visited in lorne and Geelong during our stay ☺️

The location is amazing (central yet peaceful) with artistic, quality touches throughout, the studio has everything you need for a perfect, no stress escape (including a huge bathroom with a great tub to soak in after long beach walks) and the hosts are lovely. We can't wait to go back and will be recommending this apartment to others.

Great short stay

Recently spent three nights here with my wife and young daughter and it was the absolute perfect place for a short stay. Forget the car and take the short walk to the beach and many of the fine eating establishments Torquay has to offer. The apartment was immaculately presented, super clean, beautifully furnished and beautifully finished. Highly recommend !
