Location & Luxury are yours at "VILLA PRINCESS". 2500 square foot Townhome located next to the Scottsdale Princess Resort and just minutes from the Scottsdale Quarter, Kierland Commons, & walking distance to the Phoenix Open at TPC! Steps from heated Community Pool. PLUS over 1,000 square feet of Outdoor Living Space between 2 balconies w/ roller shades & an additional Private Courtyard with sliding door wall perfect for Arizona Living & Entertaining!!!

-Less than a 1 mile walk/drive to many great restaurants, coffee shops, grocery, etc.
-Private BBQ on patio with Large dining table (w/ umbrella) and additional outdoor sofa seating
-Town-home is 3 levels
-1st level is the private attached 2 car garage, combo media room, wet bar, full bathroom and murphy bed which opens to the large outdoor entertaining area (by a wall of glass) with BBQ and plenty of seating. You will also find a full laundry room on this level as well.
-2nd level offers the main living area/great room with comfy seating around the TV, large open kitchen w/ breakfast bar, dining table seating 8 and outdoor patio. Down the hall is a full bathroom (tub/shower combo) that separates a King Bedroom with TV and another room that has a queen bed and a desk to work at with 2 computer monitors. We can also provide a double high air mattress for this room upon request.
-3rd level has the huge master bedroom w/ TV, master bath, walk in closet and another LARGE patio with comfy seating, fire-table, privacy/sun shades, beverage fridge AND another outdoor TV. The master bath has a soaking tub, walk in shower, double vanities and large walk in closet.
-20-25 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport
-15-20 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale
-All linens, bath & pool towels provided; free WIFI. All Utilities INCLUDED. 5 TV's!!!
-1 Dog approved with management approval and additional pet fee. A "Pet Fee" will be added to your booking when reserving online. Pet Fees are non-refundable and are not to cover any damages, extra cleaning or picking up your dogs poop.
-***$350/month Electric Cap in the summer months (June through September). Guests agree to this policy upon booking and are liable for the overages.

If you have dust allergies, this isn’t the place for you.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Two of the TVs were not working luckily we were not traveling from out of town and I could obtain my television from a storage unit. The place had not been dusted in quite some time. The downstairs bathroom vent was so bad you couldn’t use it. There are many other things, but I don’t wanna get into them here.

Princess Villa Condo, Lattitude 8 Condo Scottsdale

This property was very dirty upon arrival. The carpets had large stains and had to be re-cleaned. The tile floors and furniture were dirty so the maid service had to return. The master bed mattress was dirty and did not function as a "sleep number" bed as advertised. The pool was not heated as advertised and multiple calls were made to Wes the superintendent with no resolution. We had to join another pool in order to swim. The patio furniture was damaged and was not usable until replaced three weeks into our stay. We would not recommend this property to others.

Nice Villa, Great Location

The property is large and well situated in a community of similar 4 unit buildings. We felt secure in the area as the 2 block of townhomes do not have regular through traffic. We enjoyed the quick access to two major streets (Scottsdale Road & Hayden Road) as well as quick access to Loop 101. Excellent restaurants are close by as well as grocery stores, movie theatres and a Life Time Fitness health club. We had a great experience at this location. Wes (the property manager) was extremely responsive and helpful.

Very disappointed

AC on top level wasn’t working for 2days, community pool heater was broken for two days, no brooms or working vacuum. Carpet was dirty, bedding needed cleaning. Every fire detector was off in every room. Just wires hanging out. Not safe for three story Villa. So much more. We had no place to change to with everything being sold out.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property itself is amazing. Spacious. Well thought out. Safe neighborhood and secured. Comfortable furniture and nice decorations. The experience itself was good. I never received a key to the pool, and communication with the “concierge” was sparse at best. Didn’t receive much guidance in expectations of check out or anything.

Great place and great location

The place is beautiful and was kept very clean. You can't beat the location and we were able to get to everything we wanted in just a few minutes. We loved how spacious it was and appreciated the separate office as we spent a month there and still had to work. The only disappointment was the pool. We weren't able to get access to it as apparently the HOA POC was out of town. Since it was advertised, we picked this spot also because of the pool so was not happy that we were not able to use that amenity for our whole stay. Other than that its a great place.
