Beautiful place
Having never been to Aruba we certainly picked a great place to stay convenient to beach and pool and everything else ! The place was just as it appeared online and contact with the property manager was great until the AC in the master bathroom started leaking flooding the floor / alarmed we we had a limited amount of towels (enough for us but bit not mopping ) the property manager said it was probably too late in the day to get anyone in there 4:15 in the afternoon- she said she would try but couldn’t guarantee- apparently we had to wait until the next day - not a huge deal as they showed up with a bucket and more towels but right before that when I called back I was more concerned with the units floor getting ruined and she raised her voice and said “I know what’s wrong if I could fix it myself I would!” They came the next morning and all was well but I didn’t appreciate the attitude I’m the paying guest who was inconvenienced- if I owned a place I would not allow this kind of behavior from my employee
