Layout
The villa is spread across two levels, with seamless flow between indoor living spaces and outdoor entertaining areas.

Ground Floor: Two large bedrooms, each with marble ensuites. One offers an open fireplace, while the other connects to a private patio. Formal lounge with fireplace, a spacious study with French doors opening onto the courtyard, and a fully appointed chef’s kitchen with butler’s pantry.

Upper Floor: Two expansive bedrooms with walk-in robes. The master suite includes a Juliet balcony, WC, and fireplace, while the second bedroom features a limestone fireplace. A luxurious marble bathroom completes this floor with twin vanities, a large freestanding bath, oversized shower, and leadlight cathedral windows.
