Rachel was a rock star responding to questions!! Clean, excellent location. We were able to use the garden hose to wash our motorcycles and a big bonus to be able to park them in the garage. Would stay here again in an instant if we return to Sturgis.

Work trip

Great location, main street and grocery store are easily walkable. Fantastic having a garage available, especially during winter. Quiet basement apartment, probably the best sleep I've had on the road. Good wifi.

Very Nice

The rental was fantastic. The place was extremely clean, and everything worked as it was supposed to. The owner even left some homemade brownies and some very nice snacks. The use of the garage was an extra touch

Trip out West

We did not know there were 12 stairs to get down to apartment until 2 days before we left. We were wanting the recliners and hoped the stairs would not be bad as we did not know there were 12 Hubby has COPD n needs oxygen at night, I am diabetic and have bad feet n knees. There is a sm deck with stairs to get in...but storm door pushes on you and big door opens opposite way, with nothing to hold on to and step is higher than norm. The hand rail to go down stops short with nothing to help you down. I wish this place had been marked not handicap usable. There was a dehumidifier that ran all the time, but did not smell like a basement and was clean. The property manager would not answer her phone when we could not get in. Her message said it was Lisa and she would not return calls on numbers she did not know and we could not leave a message. I don't think that was the owners fault but hopes she will address the need to communicate. They left a yummy chocolate iced brownie on the table and a book with lots of info. Loved the reclines would love to own one. They also had the place stock with kitchen needs.

Basement apartment

Great location, easy to find with plenty of room for our small group. Garage access & provided amenities were a great bonus. You can't beat the price and accessibility.

Nice place in Sturgis

The owner, Carol, has quite the eye for detail. Everything we needed was there (one thing wasn't and she made sure she brought it to us). The beds and pillows are so very comfortable. The living room is setup to be very comfortable visiting and watching TV. There kitchenette was adequate. The only problem was with Evolve. On the web site they minimized the stairs down into the apartment. We thought is was a walk in basement. The stairs were narrow and hard to maneuver. We had to take them with both feet on each riser. We are in our 70's and had a lot of luggage for a 2 week stay. Other than the stairs, we loved the apartment and felt right at home.
