Beautiful and Quiet Retreat

We enjoyed the clean accommodations with great view! Morning coffee overlooking the lake was my favorite. The floor plan was perfect for our family and boys really enjoyed the pool. They provide pool towels also which was so handy!

Check in went smoothly with no problems. Kitchen was well equipped but we enjoyed grilling by the pool. Pool area was great entertainment for our family. Very clean and if we go back to this area I'm sure this will be the place for us!

Comfy property for 3 adults and 4 kiddos. Kids loved cooling off in the pool and the adults enjoyed chilling on the deck with the lake views.

We wanted to surprise Momma with a trip to Branson. We enjoyed our house, which was located in Reed Spring overlooking the lake. Beautiful scenery & quiet. Really enjoyed the comfort & cleanliness of the property.

Family trip

This house and host were AMAZING!!! We took a family trip up to Branson and the kids LOVED this spot!! Everything from the pool to the playground to fishing at the lake! Everything was perfect!! 10 out of 10 for this spot!! Definitely recommend it!!

This is what "Quiet" sounds like.

Although this place is only a short drive off the highway, it's so very quiet. Paradise is found on the back deck watching boats cross the lake. It's clean and the beds are comfortable. A small difficulty with the door lock was quickly resolved by the guest contact who was only a phone call away. Lovely place to stay.

Fantastic Stay

Great cabin/house for our family of five adults for a end of summer getaway. Plenty of comfortable beds and space for all. Kitchen had all the appliances, pots and pans, and accessories that we needed to prepare our meals. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very helpful with any questions that came up. We used the pool on the first evening and it was nice to have it as an option. (We spent most of our time on the lake). We will return.

Peppers Annual Branson Christmas

Great location Branson attractions, fantastic route to Bass Pro in Springfield, good layout for family time on property. Looking forward to making this a location for the summer as well. Super responsive host and property management! We will certainly consider any Evolve property in the future.

Beautiful and Quiet

This is only 20-25 minutes outside Branson but easy to access. Has an excellent view of the lake from both floors. It's at the end of the road and there is no traffic except on the lake. Plenty of parking. The house is very nice. The master suite is upstairs with a complete bathroom including jetted tub and separate shower. There is a loft with a small bed on the upper floor which has a great view through the upper windows. The living room is spacious and well-furnished also with a great view. The dining room is adequate and also has a view. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need except condiments. There are 2 more bedrooms downstairs. One has a king bed and the other has 2 bunkbeds with more sleeping space in a small loft. The on-site representative, Lynae, was available and responsive throughout, which made the whole experience awesome. We loved our stay here.

Fantastic Lake Vacation!!

The lake house was perfect for our family vacation. It was close to the Kimberling Marina where we rented a boat for the day. The marina and staff were great. The lake house was close to Silver Dollar City and getting to the Branson Landing was easy. I definitely recommend the cabin and look forward to returning.

The best view!

We had a group of 8 people who all were able to comfortably sleep in this cabin. The view is a 10/10 and we spent all our nights playing games out on the deck while we watched the sun set. The cabin was supplied with all necessary amenities and would recommend this location to anyone

Fantastic time

This was our first time booking a house like this and I was very pleasantly surprised! It was clean and well stocked with everything we could have needed. Was happy to find laundry and dishwasher detergent provided for us. The kids (all 7 of them) enjoyed the board games provided and playing at the pool table. We had zero issues arise during our stay either. When we come back to Branson, we will definitely book here again!

9 Days of Happiness

Our stay in this King’s Cove home was a pleasure from start to finish. The home was clean and bright, stocked with everything we could have needed and relaxing from the moment we walked in. With 8 adults and 4 children, we had plenty of room to spread out and not be in each other’s space. The property was so peaceful and serene with its lake views and wildlife and the neighbors were all so pleasant. The owners were incredible, and thoughtful. We would recommend this lovely lake house anytime!! Thank you for hosting a wonderful stay for us!
