Steve's Place is a beautifully and professionally decorated 3-bedroom with 1.5 bathrooms, North Fork vacation home is just a ten-minute drive into town and about a ten-minute drive to the beach. Everything you would possibly need and want for a wonderful stay is here!



The Space:

This home sleeps six perfectly with 2 queen-sized beds and 1 bunk bed (double size) has a beautiful, remodeled kitchen, perfect for the chef in the family. Plenty of seating in the living room area to enjoy some family time together or just relax with a great movie or a fabulous book. We are pet-friendly so bring the whole family.



The home is located in a quiet beautiful neighborhood and the yard is a wonderful fenced-in retreat with a Beautiful heated pool, cozy lounges, gas barbecue, and outdoor seating up on the deck with views of the pool and garden, just wonderful.



This is a wonderful vacation home!



You will absolutely love the town of Southold with all the small shops and great restaurants. Don’t forget to visit the vineyards and Farm stands since you are positioning yourself right in the heart of the North Fork.

Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities

Please note that all outdoor amenities, including pool, patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.



Due to the climate of the Northeastern U.S., outdoor pools and attached hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool/hot tub, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking.



If you are looking for multiple homes that are close by for additional family and/or friends please inquire! We have many other beach homes within close proximity.



IMPORTANT NOTES:

- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

- There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively. (We only allow small dogs)

- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.

- Properties with a heated pool incur a daily pool heat fee of $45.

- For reservations of 29 nights or more, a refundable deposit will be collected prior to arrival. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.

Other Things to Note:

Cancellation Policy

- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.

- Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

- Please note: This cancellation policy is not applicable for HVMB guests.



Guest Insurance

Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons. We understand that things happen by mistake or accident from time to time, we ask that you let us know when it happens. You’re covered with us - we’re invested in you having a worry-free stay!
