The 1100 sq.ft. above ground basement walk out suite is located in old Glenmore, a 5 min drive to downtown

Perfect for couples, business, or family vacation.

Close to many restaurants, north end craft breweries, wineries, beaches, and golf courses.

Knox Mountain with beautiful hiking and biking trails only minutes away.

Big White for epic skiing and their famous champagne powder is 50 minutes drive away.

Full kitchen

Private hot tub right outside your door and access to a private sauna directly inside your suite

The suite is located in old Glenmore, a 5 min drive to downtown.

46" TV in the living room with Telus cable service and Netflix available (must have own account). No TV in the master bedroom.

Hi speed WiFi included.
Parking for 1 vehicle is available on property.
There is a supply of games and a selection of books to keep occupied with as well as badminton, and spike ball in the summer months.

The suite backs onto a large private garden with many plants and trees therefor you may see some insects, as well as some wildlife including deer and raccoons, and our cat Rachel :)

Outdoor surveillance security cameras:
One camera is in the carport directed towards the driveway.
One on the front of the house aimed towards the driveway.
One camera is in the tree house aimed at the back yard.
Cameras are activated by motion ,record video and audio. Recording deleted within 24 hrs of checkout.

The location is in a quiet neighbourhood centrally located . The place was exceptionally clean and Rob was a great host who was very proactive in communication and to inquire we had everything we needed thought our stayHe even arranged for frogs to serenade us in the hot tub at night . Also the in-house sauna provide excellent relaxation before turning off the lights and unexpected bonus This is an excellent location as advertised and close to downtown and even closer to the numerous Kelowna craft breweries if your interested

Very centrally located and clean with lots of amenities. The hot tub, sauna and gardens we would have spent time in had it not been 36 degrees. lol.

Rob's place exceeded expectations in every way. Listing was very accurate with pictures, the place was spotless, hot tub was crystal clear, and the location was great for getting to downtown in 5 minutes. Our first trip to Kelowna, and our next one will be staying at Rob's place again.

Convenient Kelowna Location

The property was as described and perfect for our week long stay in Kelowna. Rob was a terrific host welcoming us to the property and having thoughtful extras for us upon arrival. Hot tub was a huge bonus after hikes, cycles and golf. Nice little neighborhood close to groceries, craft beer and downtown park and waterfront. Great stay - would be happy to book again if we come back.

Great stay, would return!

Comfortable, relaxing stay! 3 deer greeted us as we drove in, and other pleasant surprises awaited, like cream in the fridge and a super-wide bed. Very clean eith a nice backyard/hot tub/sauna to relax in. Shower height and bed length were a bit tight for my 6'2 partner, but perfect for me!

Our stay in Kelowna

We stayed while on a recent ski trip & exploring Kelowna area, accommodations were clean, comfortable. Host was welcoming/easily reachable. Centrally located close to downtown, shopping and restaurants. Hot tub & Sauna were added bonus after a day of skiing! Would definitely stay again if visiting Kelowna

Perfekt Stay

Rob is a super Host. Hot tub and sauna are amazing especially in winter time. Shopping facilities are all near at hand. Definitely recommendable accommodation for two persons!

Amazing stay!

Rob was amazing from booking to check out. Very professional in communication, expectations, the amenities available and incredibly friendly throughout. Grad weekend stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Rob's suite. The backyard and hot tub were such a great addition to our 2 day stay. Our daughter was graduating from UBCO and lives 3 blocks away so it was a perfect spot for us. Very quiet in the evenings and the most comfortable bed too! We will definitely be back!

Lovely suite close to amenities

I loved the suite Rob offered. Everything was as advertised. A perfect kitchen, relaxing living space and a comfortable bed. My favorite was the use of their hot tub! I would definitely book here again and recommend it to friends and family!

Lovely!

I stayed 2 nights in Rob's suite and enjoyed every minute. It was warm and cozy with the fireplace and hot tub. Definitely the cleanest place I have ever had the pleasure to stay in. Rob was great, easy to communicate with and very helpful. I would give them 6/5 stars if I could!
