Gated community (600m from the beach) with a large adult pool (with lap lane and waterfalls) and a children's pool (with toys), multi-sports court, 2 tennis courts, soccer field, games room (billiards, table tennis and cards), playground, internal bike path/walking track, 2 kiosks with barbecue and freezer (for a fee), complete gourmet area by the pool (for a fee). Integration with neighboring condominiums located in front of the sea, allowing easy parking and direct access to the beach and the seafront with security.

Apartment equipped with various appliances (TVs in the living room and all 3 suites; air conditioning in all 3 suites and balcony; ceiling fan in the living room; 2 floor fans; double-door refrigerator; microwave, stove, blender with food processor, coffee maker, grill, water purifier, portable electric barbecue; washing machine), ceiling clothesline and laundry area. Cabinets in the service area, American-style kitchen and in all bathrooms and suites (all with pillows and blackout blinds), the master suite having a queen-size bed, the 2nd and 3rd suites with 2 single beds, and 1 extra single mattress.

O apartamento atendeu a nossas expectativas e estava de acordo com o anúncio. Ótimo custo / benefício. A anfitriã Louise sempre atenciosa e gentil, responde com rapidez. O condomínio é muito aconchegante e seguro. A Piscina é ampla e sempre muito bem cuidada. Recomendo !

Apartamento aconchegante, bem equipado e bem localizado.

Ficamos hospedado por 13 dias maravilhosos dias! O apartamento é confortável, bem equipado, bem localizado no Condomínio e próximo a uma das melhores praias das proximidade de Salvador. A proprietária (Sra. Louise) foi muito profissional durante as orientações de uso do imóvel e nas nossas demandas. Conheci o Condomínio a 8 anos e as qualidade das instalações permanecem a mesma. Parabenizo a proprietária do imóvel (Sra. Louise) e os Administradores do Condomínio. Certamente, voltarei e indicarei para amigos e parentes.

ÓTIMA OPÇÃO E MUITO CONFORTÁVEL!

Me hospedei com a família durante o feriado de 12/OUT. Já conhecíamos o condomínio, que é muito bem administrado. A unidade de Louise é muito aconchegante e tudo muito organizado. O imóvel é completo, com todas as comodidades necessárias para a estadia além de ser muito confortável. Todos da família adoraram! Louise é uma excelente anfitriã, muito educada, com comunicação fácil e rápida. Nos atendeu em tudo prontamente!! Parabéns Louise! Agradecemos por tudo. Certamente voltaremos!
