Two Golf Resort Estate Villas with Private Pool—Golf—Tennis SPA feature over 10,000 square feet of living space, including 7,000 square feet of interior space and 3,000 square feet of the pool patio. With its stunning private pool and patio overlooking the Golf Course and Clubhouse, this villa is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

With up to 24 bedrooms (22 bedrooms with optional beds in the movie rooms) and 11 bathrooms, these two villas can accommodate up to 40 adults plus children. Each home has a fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a Nespresso cappuccino, latte maker, and soda stream to make your own sparkling water or soda. The large table in each kitchen can seat up to 12 people (and up to 24 people outside), making it the perfect place for a family dinner or a group gathering.

Each living room has an oversized sofa group, coffee table, and a 75-inch Smart TV, providing the perfect space for relaxation and entertainment. With 14 TVs throughout the home, there is no shortage of entertainment options.

We also offer a complimentary BBQ grill at each home, perfect for those beautiful evenings with family and friends. Our Netflix and Amazon accounts are available, providing you with 24/7 free movies. We have a wide range of family games, including Scrabble, Jenga, Kids against Maturity, Hygge games, and Blackjack, all available for entertainment.

For sports enthusiasts, we offer free tennis on one tennis court and a Golf Simulator & Launch Monitor used by PGA pros (upon request).

NOTE - HOUSE RULES:
• Note these two homes are situated just about a pitch shot about 100 yards apart (not attached or next door to each other)
• Note that the address in the listing is to our office/box to secure all guests privacy. Our custom-built villas are styled with comfort, located in the quaint Highlands Reserve Golf Resort in Davenport, only about 9 miles from the Disney World Animal Kingdom area (at Walt Disney YMCA Sherberth). To assure everyone's privacy as we often have famous influencers/influential guests stay with us, villa numbers will be given on arrival check-in day.
• We want to cater to smaller groups where starting published rates are set at up to a certain number of persons and where you can add extra persons to become larger groups as prominent as up to 60 persons (max 40 adults and 20 children) (; therefore, our pricing is based on PER PERSON (the rate varies depending on the number of adults/children, season/Holidays/particular events/length of stay, so inquire for a customized rate quote or if you plan on adding more persons to your group in an existing reservation (the more people you add, the higher the rate).
• No third-party reservations, non-registered guests, and no local visitors are allowed without prior approval before making a reservation. No music outside that can be heard more than 60 feet away is allowed (no music speakers outside except your mobile phone or headset) and completely hushed after 10 p.m. on weekdays and 11 p.m. on weekends (as in every residential community). Max 3 vans per home (6 vans for two houses)(example 8 or 12 passenger vans)/autos, which are three vans/cars per home allowed (2 in driveway, one on the road, and no parking on grass). Additional cars are down the street on street parking.
• Tenants/guests need to inquire before making the reservation. Before being accepted, we need to know the number of occupants and the reason for the trip (business/work-at-home or celebration).
• For any extended or far-out stays: If you plan on traveling Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday or over any special event or Holidays or Christmas through Easter or any other peak/shoulder season or booking a stay more than 30 days out, please inquire with us before making an instant booking. We do not have any standard rates, and most rates are set only for the next 30 days. We usually do not allow Friday-to-Friday or Saturday-to-Saturday stays unless it is a last-minute booking within a week of arrival. If your stay is a weekly stay, the best option would be if you could travel from Sunday to Sunday instead. This is because most of our bookings are on weekends, Thursday to Sunday, and for 6-8 nights, this would cover two weekends, which is two bookings for us instead of 1, so the opportunity cost is very high. A visitor's agreement must be signed after the reservation, acknowledging the above house and community home rules. A visitor's and an occupancy agreement must be signed after the reservation, accepting the above house rules and community home bylaws. We appreciate your understanding.
