Lakeside relaxation

The condo is in a quiet area, yet close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Loved the view of the water. There are floor to ceiling windows that give a beautiful view. Very roomy condo, great for a family get away.

Great place

This is a great place in a great location. Was perfect for vacation with our grown kids. Main balcony sliding door lock didn’t work. Comfortable furniture and had everything we needed. Was everyday clean. Maybe needs a detail clean along baseboards. Short convenient walk to pool. Laundry. We will stay again. Thanks!

Overall liked the actual property a lot - very spacious and nice decor. Great stock of kitchen items, laundry and bathroom supplies.Tried to reach prop mgr before we booked with questions on past reviews, no response but took a chance and booked anyway.Items needing attention:1. Needs deep cleaning - at eye level looks good, however, upon closer look could see wood floor in living room had large dust bunnies, socks underneath couch, large dead spider in corner. 2. Went to use pans and were put away dirty with dried food on them. Toaster on its last leg.3. Pictures in ad had a grill - no grill on premises.4. Blind slats on all large windows falling off when you open and shut them.5. Light and ceiling fans switches had issues with. Had to buy batteries for remote.I have pics but on spouse’s phone but unavailable at this time We did like the property a lot and would stay again if issues are addressed. Love the Indian Point complex - second time at this property but first time in this unit - little more attention and elbow grease to the unit and you’d score a 10.

Condo rental

The condo needed attention to some cleanliness. No wash clothes, no kitchen wash cloths or towels, back sliding door did not lock, dishwasher had standing smelling water in it, garbage disposal did not work until we fixed it, smelling garbage in it, no directions to use washer til we found a manual, grill outdoors on patio nasty, we bought a brush to clean the grates but inside it needed attention, did not know where to put garbage bags, could have had directions for that left in the condo, carpet down the steps very dirty, needs removed.

The location is great, beautiful views.

The unit was not very clean, the carpeting looks like it hasn't been cleaned in 20 years. I took pictures if you would like to see. The railing is loose going down the stairs and the railings were filthy. The bed in the lower level is broken. The closet in the master has a hole thru it. Outside fan on the lower level has 3 wasp nests, we were not able to use the patio at all. Propane tank was empty and the grill had dried food stuck all over it. The door lock for the patio on the main floor is not working, unable to lock the door. The freezer and refrigerator was not wiped out. We loved the location and the property, it just needs a very good deep cleaning and some property maintenance. I did not complain to the property owner, but will not stay there again.

Excellent property

The location of the property was great - very close to a number of restaurants and bars. The rooms were clean with a fantastic view of the lake. The host was incredibly communicative and accommodating; very helpful and ready to answer any questions. We will certainly be staying here again and highly recommend it.

Quiet Oasis

The condo was very nice quiet location. GOOD layout. Pictures make you feel it's bigger but the mirrors on walls are the reason. Cleaning could have been better especially when having to pay $211 for cleaning which you have to take off sheets and take trash out and run dishwasher. Seems a lot for doing most of the work for cleaner. Chairs on upper deck have a shadow of dirt on the edges of all chairs. Wouldn't take much to clean. But overall nice place.
