Guest Access:
The unit is located on the first floor and there is one dedicated parking spot for this condo. Please note, the HOA does not allow pets.

The Neighborhood:
This is a quiet, friendly neighborhood just off of I-70 and across from the resort.

Getting Around:
Most of our guests bring cars on their mountain journeys. I-70 access is close by for trips to neighboring resorts and cities. There are two bus stops steps away from the home and the bus system is very convenient. It makes getting to the ski resorts very easy!

- No Smoking of any kind inside of the unit
- No parties or groups of more than 5
- No pets (this property has an HOA and they do now allow pets, if you bring a pet, you will be asked to leave the property)
- This property does not have air conditioning.
