Inside, enjoy the comfort of queen mattresses (Brand New as of 3/13/24), in both bedrooms, along with spacious closets. The living room features a TV with Chromecast for your entertainment.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a coffee machine, cookware, and even a crockpot, for culinary adventures and leisurely breakfasts.

In the summer, explore the area's hiking trails and visit the local Farmers Market for fresh produce and artisan goods. Wander the village, discovering shops, public art, and an array of excellent restaurants, cafes, and pubs.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the condo and back patio. There is a coin operated washer/ dryer in unit #3 just a few steps away.

The Neighborhood:
This is a quiet, friendly neighborhood just off of i-70 and across from the resort.

Getting Around:
Most of our guests bring cars on their mountain journeys, but there are also bus and shuttle options in the area. A free year-round bus makes it easy to get to Vail Mountain with all of your gear. I-70 access is close by for trips to neighboring resorts and cities. Check google and Vail public transit sites for details.

- Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
These are HOA rules and there is a $100 fine per incident if broken.
