Our stay here was wonderful. Bonnie was an incredible host. The property was clean, spacious, and held 10 of us comfortably. Bonnie was incredibly kind, quick to respond, and extremely communicative. The location was close to our tennis tournament site, so super handy! We would 100% stay here again!

Great stay

Great place to stay with family. Entire home was clean, plenty of space and seating inside and out. Eberything well labelled. Pool and outdoor area was really nice.

Great place to stay for spring training!

The house is in an awesome location for going to spring training games. There are lots of restaurants fairly close also. The pool was great and the house was very clean. We will definitely stay again!

Most amazing stay

This property is just amazing from the smallest details like a fully stocked kitchen with coffee to pool towels and games. The owner was so responsive and was super attentive to our needs while we stayed there for the week. I highly recommend this house and will absolutely be back next year.

Great home for the price

The property was nice and clean and had then number of rooms we needed for a family gathering, all amenities were great and in working condition, the pool was nice, and over all we would recommend it to anyone, the only thing that may take some getting used to would be the F-35s taking off from the nearby base, but we would have no problem renting it again for a family get together.

The house was great! We had everything we needed - plenty of towels for the bathrooms and the pool, dishes and cooking utensils, and hand soap and dish soap. The backyard had misters on the patio and the pool was great. Our teens loved having the pool table and shuffleboard tables too. The host was very responsive. Good location and close to many stores and restaurants. We would stay here again!

Amazing house with a very warm pool!

This property met our needs perfectly as we had 7 ladies involved in a tennis tournament at the near-by Surprise Tennis & Racquet Center, only 3 minutes away.Our stay was for 6 nights in February 10-16 and we paid for the beautiful pool to ve heated. It was gorgeous! I'll book this home again!

The oasis we were looking for!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house was well prepared for our arrival. The house was very clean, and well stocked with paper products, kitchen supplies, trash bags, laundry and dish soap and pool towels too! We were traveling with a 15 month old so appreciated the pack n play and high chair. The livingroom lent itself well to sectioning off so he could play safely in a somewhat contained environment. The host was great, quick to respond.

Excellent property in a quiet neighborhood less than a mile from Surprise Stadium and close to many amenities on Bell Blvd. Back yard is an oasis with a nice pool and much greenery including an orange tree

We came to Surprise AZ for a tennis tournament so the location was ideal! The house is very spacious and all 5 bedrooms are nice and the beds, while all in the firm side, were comfy. The house was equipped with all that we needed and overall the place was clean. The communication with the host was very easy and they were very accommodating to all our requests. We’ll definitely be back if tennis takes us back to Arizona!

Slice of paradise

The property was clean and comfortable. The owners make sure to have a lot of extra special things in the home to make it convenient for the guests such as spices, coffee, and ziploc bags. The lines were high quality and were soft. Outside was delightful. We enjoyed the pool, fire pit, and outdoor grill. Access to the home was super easy. We would stay here again.

Family stay for Memorial and moving

There were 11 of us. The only issue was the bathrooms. The master bathroom does not have a door so the entire bedroom would have to be vacated for someone to shower there. The other shower was tiny and the shower curtain badly needs to be changed The design sort of forces everyone into one shower.

We had a wonderful stay at the Arizona Villa. The weather was perfect to enjoy the beautiful back yard for cooking/BBQ, outdoor dining, swimming and yard games. The yard and pool looked so pretty at night with all the lights. The home has a charming resort atmosphere. The living areas are very open and spacious. Our family really enjoyed the pool table and shuffle board. The kitchen is nicely equipped, having everything you need to prepare meals. The Host was very easy to work with making our trip perfect. Thank You!

Fantastic!

A group of 7 of us (4 adults, 2 teenagers and 10 yr-old) spent 5 days at The Villa for a baseball tournament. We had a fantastic time at the heated pool, enjoyed the proximity to the baseball field and really appreciated the welcoming & accommodating hosts. The property was very comfortable and had everything we needed to stay entertained or cook/barbecue a tasty meal. Our favorite were fresh oranges, grapefruits and lemons growing right in the yard. We are already planning a next visit! Thank you you for having us and sharing your wonderful place.

Perfect and Lovely

Everything was wonderful. The home was comfortable and homey. The AC worked great. The backyard space was large and comfortable, grill worked great, misting system and outdoor fan! The pool was clean and peaceful. The kitchen had everything we needed AND all the cabinets and drawers were labeled so you did not have to hunt for things. I LOVED THIS. The light switches in the home were also labeled, which was so helpful. The house was clean. I cannot say enough positive things!
