Step inside to discover a spacious and thoughtfully designed interior, perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king bed, providing a peaceful retreat at the end of a fun-filled day. The first guest bedroom features two queen beds, while the second guest bedroom offers an additional queen bed, ensuring plenty of space for everyone to unwind and recharge.

But the excitement doesn't stop there – Sea Watch Plantation is home to an amazing amenities center that promises endless entertainment for guests of all ages. Dive into relaxation with two lazy rivers and five outdoor pools, soak your cares away in one of eight hot tubs, or take a refreshing dip in the indoor pool. Enjoy upgraded bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and kitchen hand towels! Departure cleaning is provided, as well as an Essentials Starter Pack, including a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper in every bathroom, and a packet of dishwashing detergent.

This property is in a quiet residential community. Disturbances that interfere with the rights, comforts or conveniences of other guests or owners at the property will not be tolerated. Large gatherings and parties are not permitted. Motorcycles, trailers, golf carts and mopeds are not permitted.

The Perfect Place

We have rented a number of vacation rentals in North Myrtle Beach & Myrtle Beach. Most were great, but this unit was perfect! Salwater Grande was also the best broker we've used. The condo is beautiful, super clean, a corner unit with views all around. Sunrise each morning was majestic. The communication regarding the rental was excellent. The pool (indoor) & hot tub...indoor & outdoor were used and enjoyed. Everthing needed was provided in the unit. The grounds were excellent and the location was close to everthing. It was a perfect stay!

This condo was perfect for our group of 7. All bed/ baths are en-suite and the beds were super comfortable. Host responded to calls and texts almost immediately from booking until after checkout. The place was well- stocked with cutlery, pots, pans, cooking utensils and plastic, glass and other drinkware. There are lots of restaurants and activities and an outlet mall close by and grocery shopping was easy with a Walmart and a Publix close by. The views are awesome and we would stay at this property again! The host delivered more beach and bath towels quickly and having the stackable washer and dryer was super helpful! Staff at the resort was courteous and helpful and we had a wonderful trip!

The condo was absolutely perfect. Had everything that you needed. The balcony was a great size for just relaxing. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed. The place was very clean and did not have any strange smells. It is a corner unit so it was nice to be able to see the ocean from different angles and not have people on both sides of you. The resort was clean and did not have a lot of unnecessary loudness. Beach access was great. Plenty of parking and loved the location. 5 mins from Walmart you can't go wrong!

Very Nice!

The condo was very clean and decorated very nice with a beach theme. The view from the balconies is fantastic. It was easy check in and the Saltwater Grand management company kept us informed every step of the whole process. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Location and views were great! Kitchen was lacking necessary items to cook, such as pot holders and adequate knives/skillets. Check out seemed rather early compared to a hotel or most other rentals, but the check in/out process was easy… even after an access code issue. We really enjoyed this time with family and the views were great, along with pool and beach access.

Amazing condo right on the water. The space was big enough to host a family of 6 adults and 3 kids, each room had its own bathroom and tv for down time in between going to the pool and the beach. Saltwater Grande was quick to respond to any maintenance needs as well! Would definitely stay again!

After the storm

Things went well considering that Ian had gone thru two days before. Only disappointment was no ice maker in unit and no ice machine on the same floor. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful trip. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our rental had all of the items that we needed. There were 8 of us, and everyone agreed this was the best place to stay! The air conditioner wasn't getting very cool the first night and they were there at dawn to fix it. They were very efficient! We could stay there every year!
