Great place and location. Walk to ski lifts and to the PC buses. Had all the amenities needed and the kitchen was very well equipped. We had a great stay!

We absolutely loved our stay in this stunning penthouse townhouse in Deer Valley. The space was incredibly roomy, giving everyone plenty of comfort and privacy. The full kitchen was a huge bonus—beautifully stocked with everything we needed to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner without missing a beat.The views were gorgeous, and waking up to that mountain scenery each day felt like a dream. Best of all, the location couldn’t be better: just steps from the ski lift, making it unbelievably convenient for hitting the slopes.A perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and unbeatable access—highly recommended!

Great vacation

Our condo was at Deer Valley Powder Run. The condo was beautiful, in an excellent location, just a few minutes by car to Park City. Our family consisted of my twin boys who are 20, my wife, and myself. There was plenty of room in the condo for everyone, with many activities available to keep everyone happy. There was a very nice Fresh Market store just a few minutes drive , which was very convenient. The i Trip staff were very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this condo.

Deer Valley stay

Overall the property was nice. The barbecue was not clean and so we had to clean it and the patio was full of cobwebs so had to clean it as well. The air conditioner kept freezing up and after multiple requests for a maintenance person to fix it they didn't respond for over 24 hours and when they finally did they said it would be several hours. My husband ended up fixing that too. Frustrating because you don't expect to be fixing things and cleaning while on vacation.Bathrooms should be updated and the shower has mold.For the price we paid these things should have been taken care of. I feel like a partial refund is warranted and would like to know how to go about requesting one?

Great location just needs couple upgrades

Location was great! Property could use more towels and pillow upgrades, as mentioned in other reviews. Owner has large main mirror closets locked up in both bedrooms, as well as the hallway ski closet. Maybe all the towels and pillows are in there! TV power cord hookup in master is ghetto and shower needs upgrade. Jacuzzi was nice! Property management attentive! Price was right! Thank u

Great Stay!

PROS - Location- Quiet and peaceful- The management team was excellent with great communication and response time. - Check in process was perfect with excellent instructions. -Good space to price ratio.CONS - the primary suite shower grout has noticeable mildew/mold and the bathroom is dated. This was the only disappointment of the stay. Given the price this should be corrected but not a deal-breakerWe would stay again!

great location for St. Regis wedding

The condo was very nice although when we arrived much of the electricity was out in the kitchen area (icemaker not working)...once maintenance came to fix the non-working TV, he got the elec. working though the TV never did. No hand soap in the primary bathroom, missing sink plug, and not much lighting there. Parking was easy. All in all, I would rent there again, nothing is perfect!!

Wonderful Stay!

This unit is right in the heart of Deer Valley with stunning views. The unit is very spacious if you have a larger group. Everything was very clean and in good condition. The property management was wonderful and incredibly responsive. If you have any issue at all, they will take care of you. I would highly recommend!

Park City

The property is wonderful, most likely best in the winter months. The AC did not work and the hot tub was not working. The management company sent someone to look at the AC, they turned it off as it frosted over, common issue they said. AC cannot be set below 73. I normally would open windows and enjoy the evening breeze, but there are no screens and the hot tub cover did not allow the windows to be opened much. Again, the house is nice and would be wonderful for ski season.

Deer Valley Rental

This property is a great location but way over priced it is run down and very dirty. The shower had black mold, the dishwasher inside was filthy, the hot tub unusable it was so dirty. We were very disappointed for the amount of money we bad during low season and the condition of the unit.

Perfect location and property

Exceeded every expectation, especially when using Stacey’s grocery delivery and Ski N See delivery service. Roomy rooms and useful kitchen. From the hot tub you can see the slopes.

Very convenient.

Easy walk to lifts each morning with the kids. We stored skis and boots overnight with valet at resort. Condo was quiet and peaceful. There is a bus stop at the resort which was convenient as well. We needed some addition wash cloths which were delivered promptly.

Overall, we had a good experience. Location is great to Snow Park Lodge and the St. Regis funicular. Only drawback, all beds are rock hard and the pillows have zero support. Had to roll up blankets under pillow to give any lift off the mattresses. (all beds) Kitchen well stocked and despite age of unit, it was immaculate. Grocery delivery service was outstanding!

3 night stay at Powder Run

We had a great experience staying 3 nights at Powder Run. The location is excellent! A five minute walk to Snow Park Lodge where we valeted our skis and boots for free the whole time. In the morning we took a leisurely walk over, got into our equipment, and right in line to the lift we went. Not as much action in Deer Valley but we Ubered to Main Street, Park City at night for more fun!

Great location, very accommodating

Clean, plenty of space, great location for skiing. Easy walk back from the slopes. Right next to St. Regis for dinner options. Kitchen is supplied with just about everything you would need. The building’s hallways are freezing as mentioned by other reviews but wasn’t a big deal. The loft gets warm when trying to balance the warmth of the other bedrooms. Great for our 4 kids. They were very accommodating and we were able to get an early check-in and late check out. Thanks!

Christmas trip

We have been coming to Deer Valley for the last 13 years over Christmas break. This was by far one of the easiest check in experiences. We contacted itrip about groceries and ski deliveries and all was taken care of upon our arrival. They were also able to let us check in early when our flight landed before schedule. The condo is lovely and it’s a perfect location. Can’t wait to come back
