Luxury apartment living. Enjoy all that Templestowe has to offer with this enchanting sandstone first-floor apartment. With the trendy Templestowe Village, city bound buses and Westerfolds Park at your doorstep.

This private and secure apartment has two spacious bedrooms both with wardrobes, a stylish central bathroom with large shower and heated towel rack, a 2nd toilet with a European style laundry equipped with a washer/dryer combo. The entrance hallway opens onto an open-plan living zone complete with a modern kitchen and new Fisher and Paykel appliances. The large living space includes both indoor and outdoor dining options with a pool view.

The beautiful engineered timber flooring throughout the apartment creates a warm and sophisticated space and the large windows create an abundance of natural light throughout.

My apartment includes a single covered carport, two split air-conditioning and heating units and guests have exclusive access to the private pool and sauna. Entertainment includes a 55 inch smart TV with access to WiFi, Foxtel, Netflix and Stan.

Long term stays welcome.

Had a wonderful stay at this very chic apartment. Superbly well presented and equipped, with a great location and ice cold air con. The swimming pool and sauna were such lovely features. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Superb Accommodation & Host

We had such an enjoyable stay. We were down from Brisbane for my daughters wedding. The unit is immaculate and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The bed in the main bedroom was so comfortable. The pool and sauna were very well utilized.The Location is perfect. Coffee shops, restaurants and the local IGA just around the corner. Deana is the perfect host. Checking in to make sure everything was ok. I can't wait to come back and stay again. Thankyou Deana.
