Luxurious, industrial style open living & gourmet kitchen greet you in this spacious modern home. High ceilings w/shadow line cornicing perfectly located on Charles St yet whisper quiet double glazing windows. Two balconies, large rear courtyard +secure small car garage off rear laneway. Gorgeous living area w/polished concrete floors. Stone bench kitchen dishwasher, 900mm oven/cooktop & breakfast bar, dining table leads to main balcony. 2 rooms have QBs and 1 has SB with pullout trundle.

Disappointed

The floors were filthy when we arrived, crumbs, dirt, long black hair, remnants of smashed glass on stairs. We took photos and contacted property manager, their responds was they had contacted the cleaners and the cleaners photos didn’t show any dirt my photos showed. A cleaner was offered for the following day but to make ourselves feel comfortable in the house we went around and vacuumed ourselves.

Near CBD location

Just 2 km from the CBD location, with a lot of cafe in the neighbourhood. Convenient. Good design! Good furniture's and equipped kitchen. Thanks 👍

Although comfortable, quite well equipped and in a handy location I wouldn’t describe it as either chic or luxury. Comfy beds, and lovely showers but well worn sofa and an untidy and not overly inviting backyard. There is a lovely park a short distance away though. Although on a busy road the place is reasonably well set back and fairly immune to traffic noise. There is no parking/standing at the front so taxi pickup point is on View Street. The garage would be very difficult to manipulate a large car into. There are 15 interior steps into the house and no gate to them so I’d be wary with young children.
