Riverscape Cottage No.8
Nestled on the banks of the mighty Blackwood River, Riverscape, is a short walk to throw a line in, launch your kayak or SUP, an easy walk to town to shop, have coffee or dinner out, and a very short drive to the Colour Patch and the pristine waters of Flinders Bay. The small boat harbour is 4 kms.
A perfect location for a couple's stay. Cosy up on the couch or take in the natural surroundings with a stroll along the river.
The cottage has a new modern well-equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area with smart TVs. The cottage has a queen bedroom and a separate bathroom and WC.
The grounds of Riverscape offer that good old-fashioned holiday feel, with a lawn area and shady peppy trees, there is also a communal BBQ outdoor dining area and onsite shared laundry facilities.
Enjoy alfresco dining on the front balcony, taking in the views of the river.
You can walk to the river in less than 2 minutes and to town in 10 minutes.
This easy-care holiday cottage is in a great position to enjoy all that Augusta has to offer.

Didn't see the host. Well equipped kitchen, though coffee had not been replenished. Very clean. Appreciated being able to stream TV.

Lovely stay at Riverscape #8

Lovely location overlooking the river and easy walk to town. Clean, neat and comfortable small cottage for two. Enjoyed Augusta and close proimity to other attractions eg, margaret river markets, jewell cave, boranup forest and hamelin bay.

Long weekend stay

Clean place with all that was need.Parking was a bit difficult due to boats and jet skis parked in allocated bays . Not very private and a bit noisy . We would come back but not over a long weekend.

Neat but overpriced

Unit was neat and location was quiet. Property Manager seemed to want to emphasise penalties for doing the wrong thing rather than making the customer experience special. They also charged a $400 bond and they have been very slow in refunding it - we checked out a week ago and left the unit clean and tidy.
