One word - WOW! Absolute water views. This three bedroom, three bathroom apartment is your ideal base to explore the Tamar Valley wineregion & the recently opened Mount George mountain bike trails. The open plan kitchen, dining & living spaceopens onto the outdoor bbq area with views to the Tamar River & George Town's marina. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, plenty of storage space, along with a tv & a work desk.

The kitchen is fully equipped to whip up gourmet delights from the region. And the laundry has both a front loader washing machine & a separate dryer.

The apartment offers secure undercover parking for one vehicle or mountain bikes.

The location of the apartment is approx. 4km from the new Mount George trail head. Along with being perfectly located to the famous Tamar Valley wine region. With Bay of Fires, Jansz & Delamere wineries, just to name a few, on your doorstep.
