Coastal Luxury Beach house "Belvedere at Lorne"

Belvedere at Lorne is a beautiful Luxury coastal holiday home. The home is a 7 minute walk to the famous Lorne swing bridge and beach or a five minute drive to the centre of town.
The home is split over 3 levels with a large wrap around balcony complete with BBQ , Outdoor table and seats plus 2 gorgeous cane chairs to sit, relax and enjoy the view from .
The top floor is open plan with a full kitchen Oven, cooktop and grill, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, Smeg toaster and kettle, hand mixer, sandwich maker, we also offer a wide variety of luxury herbal teas and nestle coffee pods.
The dining room boasts a beautiful dining table and chairs , placemats , serviettes and is always set and ready for our guests arrival.
The living room has a wood burning fire, a gorgeous comfy linen sofa plus oversized chair, a cane lounge and foot stool sits comfortably in the window .The tv cabinet contains lots of fun games and books and a modern large screen TV. We offer full internet and Netflix.
The Master bedroom is situated on the top floor and boasts a stunning four poster bed with white linen curtains and is made up with white linen bedding and cushions , you will also find 2 fluffy white robes and slippers for a truly luxe stay.
On the next level you will find 2 full size queen bedrooms one " The island room" with open plan wardrobes complete with fluffy white bathrobes and slippers, a chair and bedside tables with lamps you will find pure wool spare blankets in the robe for those chilly nights. The second bedroom is our "Hamptons Room" complete with all white hamptons furniture , luxury white linen bedding and silky soft sheets. Each bedroom has its own individual Nobu heater so you can control your own heat.
You will also find the bathroom on this floor with a shower complete with luxury shampoo , conditioner and body wash and a double vanity , heat lamps and make up light we also supply a hair dryer and hair straightener , hand soap on pump and body lotion.
The toilet is in a seperate room. The laundry is also on this level complete with oversized brand new Asko washer and Dryer ,you will find a clothes airer , iron and ironing board in the cupboard.
The ground floor contains the final bedroom with a white timber double bed with a single bunk bed above and a seperate single bed on the other side of the room this room also contains a large chest of drawers a bedside table with drawers, a round play table ,a large cane chest suitable for toys or more storage and its own electric Nobu wall heater ,we also have a small array of books and teddies for the little ones to enjoy
All bedrooms come supplied with all linen, we use luxury bamboo silk sheets and pure linen covers . Our mattresses are Australian made and extremely comfortable ( we have had guests message and ask the brand so they too can enjoy them at home ) so too are our pillows we sampled many to get to these and they are a dream to sleep on.
In the entry way you will also find a hanging rack with an umbrella , shopping bags and beach towels. In the cupboard in the hall you will also find a beach umbrella, beach chairs, beach bag and a picnic rug..
The back door off the laundry leads out to a gorgeous back yard set up high in the gum trees. We have under cover car parking for 2 cars and plenty of room for more in the large driveway. We leave all our guests a beautiful hamper of goodies to enjoy during their stay. Our pantry is stocked with all your basics coffee, tea, sugar, spices ,oil, vinegar and butter in the fridge.
