4 bedroom family home on large private section. Adjacent to sugar loaf reserve for your morning work out. Right next to Church road winery and a short stroll from The Mission for an afternoon Vino or evening dining. 2 living spaces, open plan with 2 bathrooms. Great indoor/ outdoor living including a hot tub to relax in after a day on the local bike trails. 2 minute drive to local Taradale shops or 10 minutes to Napier CBD. Large shed and double garage to secure your holiday toys.

Church Rd property

The house was very nice, spacious and comfortably furnished. Location was also really good, close to wineries, Napier etc. However, note that its a family home ie permanently occupied, so including usual family possessions. Also, the listing says there is a pool, but there isnt, only a spa pool.

A home away from home.

We had a lovely stay in this gorgeous house. Perfectly tucked away, but within walking distance of both Church Road and Mission Estate wineries. Everything was very straightforward with booking, check in and our stay. Thank you for letting us stay in your house!

Top location. Beautiful home

This property was perfect for our weekend in Napier. Lots of space. Beautiful childrens toys and books etc to keep our kids entertained too which was a nice bonus. Cant bet the location if wanting to check out Church Road winery.

Amazing Stay

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was sparkling clean with a fantastic outdoor area. The kids loved the trampoline and noone wanted to leave at the end of the holiday. Would highly recommend.

Weekend in the Bay

Outstanding Taradale home!

Owners excellent to deal with, responsive and flexible to our needs. We loved our stay. Spacious, sunny, lovely home. Very well-appointed. Hot tub was a luxurious way to finish the day. Well-located with Wineries nearby, and only short drives to Napier’s Art Deco town and waterfront, Estuary walkway and Te Mata Peak.

This is a great property. Great location. Very comfortable for two families. The only downside was not being able to walk across the park to Church Road Winery as they were fully booked each day.

Great place to stay for a family

We had a lovely holiday. The home was spacious, modern and well equipped. The kids enjoyed the spa and trampoline and the access to many toys and games. The garden was serene and private. Anderson park was within an easy drive as was the river and shops. Our host was easy to communicate with and responsive to our needs. A great stay!!

Just awesome

We were blown away by the property and the facilities. Location is close enough to everything and far enough for peace and quiet. The walk up the hill is literally 30 secs away and is a must do. The property itself is beautiful and so comfortable. Everything is provided. Kim is a great host and responds to inquiries promptly. You will not be disappointed by your stay there. We wished we stayed longer. Cheers
