Guests enter Great Blue Heron by following the sidewalk to the front door of this villa. Once you enter the front door, you will find the living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry room, hallway bathroom and guest bedroom. The master suite and loft are located on the second floor. You may access the exterior balcony through the sliding glass doors in the living room.



NO PETS. NO SMOKING. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger individuals will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.

Sea Pines is a private gated community with very specific rules and regulations. A few of the restrictions are listed below but please access seapinesliving . com to read and download the complete listing. Motorcycles, motor homes, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, are not permitted in Sea Pines. Any nonconforming vehicle will be turned away by Sea Pines security. No weddings or events can be held on rental property premises.



Due to limited parking availability at the Sea Pines Beach Club, the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley is available to take rental guests between designated stops and the Sea Pines Beach Club continuously during the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Between early March and Labor Day, rental guests will not be able to park at the Sea Pines Beach Club or Plantation Club overflow lot. We were in town for a wedding in Sea Pines and this property was a great location. The layout of the house is terrific! Even though the weather wasn’t great, we enjoyed the lagoon & fountain view. Very nice place to stay!

This property was amazing! It was in the perfect location with an easy bike ride to Harbour Town. The space was very clean and the back porch overlooking the lagoon was beautiful. Great time at the Blue Heron

We loved our stay at the Blue Heron. The location was perfect, and everything went very smoothly with the check in process. We did not cook so didn't need to do dishes until the last day, so the one dishwasher tab that was provided was enough. We also didn't notice the laundry tabs that were in the kitchen so bought detergent which we left.The only negative with the unit for us was the size of the bathroom on the first floor. My daughter and granddaughter would have appreciated a little more room. It would be perfect for a family with small children, but a little cramped for two adults.Would highly recommend the Blue Heron.

A little piece of Heaven ☀️

Beautiful, clean home with a lovely view! Our family of four had a wonderful stay at the Great Blue Herron! It was in close proximity to everything! We enjoyed biking almost everywhere we went! Beach, pool, harbor town etc.. we enjoyed coming back each evening to a cozy relaxing home and I personally enjoyed my coffee on the back deck every morning admiring the view and peace and quiet! We are so excited to have found this special place and look forward to visiting again!

Perfect Place

Perfect for the two us. We liked being across from the Shops at Sea Pines and a lovely walk to Harbor Town and all it offers. We especially like Sea Pines and have visited and enjoyed before. I love the layout of the condo and the stairs. Helped keep us in shape. Clean, very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed.

Comfortable…perfect location.

This condo was very comfortable to stay in for a week. It was clean and updated. The upstairs shower with skylight was awesome! Comfortable sectional sofa and large TV in the living room. Large dining table perfect for games and puzzles on rainy days. Tiny kitchen but it was fine and had everything we needed in terms of supplies. The condo is in a perfect location in Sea Pines- half way between the beach and Harbor Town …both just a short bike ride away. The Shopping Center with bike rental and restaurants is practically across the street and easily walkable. (Peddling Pelican delivers and picks up bikes.) Tennis / pickleball courts and a nice pool are onsite. The water and beautiful tree outside the back patio were so nice…but the constant hum of the water circulating fountain was slightly annoying after a while. The agent for iTrip was VERY responsive when we had a minor issue with the coffee maker and even offered to deliver a new one. Overall, highly recommend!

Peaceful & Relaxing

This charming vacation home is beautifully nestled amongst the live oak trees overlooking the lagoon. Strolling from the home to the pool you see lots of birds and listen to the swish of the wind in the trees while watching the spanish moss rock gently in the breeze! The location is central for everything but is amazingly quiet. Sitting on the deck was a fun place to read, relax and chill out. Everyone slept soundly in the beds. The master shower is like a massage shower. Great pressure and a wonderful sky light that lets In wondrous amounts of natural light! We will be back

Fantastic first time in Sea Pines. Won't be our last.

We had a fantastic stay in Sea Pines! It was the first time our family of 4 has made the trip from Atlanta but definitely won't be our last time. Our Villa was great! Beautiful, clean, organized, convenient (super convenient actually). We biked a few times to Harbor Town but usually drove to the beach. I was a little nervous at first seeing signs, "do not feed the alligators," but that added to the Hilton Head experience. During our stay we saw two alligators, rescued a lost baby raccoon, rode horses, walked miles along the beaches, found star fish, crabs, and lots of jelly fish. We swam in the pool, the ocean, and played for hours on the beaches. Next time we know not to pack as much stuff. Our Villa had everything we needed from bedding to blender. Having laundry in our Villa was clutch! We saved on packing and didn't have to rush to do laundry when we got home. Huge thanks to the property owners, managers, and cleaning team. Your communication was great! All our questions were answered before we even needed to ask, and we felt welcomed and comfortable. We look forward to visiting again soon, thanks again!

Great condo in Hilton Head

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was so clean, had a beautiful view, had everything we could possibly need during our stay, was quiet and safe. The management company did an excellent job of keeping in contact with information and making sure we were comfortable. The location was perfect - close to the Shops at Sea Pines, Harbor Town, Sea Pines Beach, and bike trails. I highly recommend and definitely would stay again if I ever return to Hilton Head. Heckies Fabulous Sea Pines Adventure

We really enjoyed our stay. It was just what we needed to escape a tense work schedule. Renting bikes was the way to go. It was so easy to access the harbor and the beach. There’s even pickleball on the courts on the site. The wildlife from the back deck was an unexpected treat. We will come again!

Cozy and quiet place

Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The online pictures capture the unit so there were no surprises. The kitchen is well stocked. The location worked for our needs. Heritage week at Inland Harbor

It was a perfect location from which to access HTGL and all other amenities within Sea Pines. The accommodations were comfortable, clean and fully appointed. The administration services provided by the rental office were complete, easy to understand and took all the guess work out of arrival and departure. In short it was everything we had hoped it would be. Anxious to reconnect for the same week next year!
