Guests enjoy new ductless air conditioning, high-speed internet, and a 55” Smart TV for streaming. An assigned heated underground parking stall is included, along with easy access to nearby river pathways and green spaces.

The large, fully equipped kitchen features a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee, and the in-suite washer and dryer come stocked with detergent and dryer sheets. Soft towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary shampoo and body wash are provided for your stay.

Really great. The host was really helpful. My only recommendation would be that a small to medium sized mixing bowl be added to the kitchen. It was a challenge to toss a bag of salad mix.

Paul was a great host, allowing for a good degree of flexibility with the check-in time. Shower head was a little messed up, which was the only reason for 4 stars. Would recommend.

Very nice place to stay, Paul is very responsive to questions through the app, check in and check out were a breeze. Underground parking stall is a little tricky because it's right up on a concrete wall.

Received notice that host would provide check-in information on day of arrival. Our arrival was about 8:30 pm. At baggage without check-in information we contacted vrbo support and were provided with necessary information. Was somewhat stressful to wait that long.Otherwise, the property met our needs. Walking distance to river, city center, restaurants, stores etc.
