CASA BLUE



Casa Blue is for the beach trip where you'd rather walk down to the sand with a towel under your arm than plan a whole outing. The villa sits in Los Limones, the residential community closest to Minitas Beach — the resort's primary beach is half a mile from the front door, with chairs, watersports, and food and drink service waiting on the sand. Four bedrooms sleep up to eight, with an included cook handling breakfast and one main meal a day.



At the villa itself, the garden gives you three separate outdoor zones to move between during the day. The pool is long enough for actual laps, with a raised jacuzzi at one end for the end of the day. An open-sided gazebo sits a few steps away under mature palms — a second outdoor room for breakfast away from the pool, or drinks before dinner. The covered dining terrace seats all eight in the shade.



You're close enough to Minitas that the kids can come back for a swim and a snack without it being a whole production. Teeth of the Dog and The Links are 2.2 miles for a morning round — Teeth of the Dog is ranked the Caribbean's top course by the World Golf Awards — and the Marina is the same distance for dinner out. Casa Blue is the villa to book when you want easy beach days, a private garden to come back to, and someone else handling the meals.

TRAVEL INFO

RESORT FEE

All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo Resort must register to gain access to the resort and its amenities. Registration fees are set by and paid directly to the resort. Effective February 1, 2026, the fees are as follows: US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older); US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12); Complimentary for children under 4 years old.



RESORT FEE/ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE

Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:

> Access to golf courses including advance reservations at special rates

> Use of the Fitness Center at a special rate exclusively for villa owners

> Use of the towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach

> Discounts, special offers, and promotions at the resort’s restaurants, sports facilities, and other activities

> Access to health care services at the Central Romana Medical Center



FOOD BUDGET

If your villa comes staffed, we suggest as a rough guideline to budget $50-$60 per adult per day for grocery costs if eating three meals at the villa (not including alcohol). This of course can vary due to your dietary requests. The Marina has a well-stocked supermarket with groceries, alcohol, and a wide selection of other products (sunscreen, hygiene products etc)

- Pets are not permitted.

- Guests may not assign, sublet, or allow additional persons to stay at the property without prior written permission.

- House parties and illegal or immoral activities are strictly prohibited.

- Guests are responsible for any long-distance telephone charges incurred during their stay.

- Guests are responsible for any damage to appliances, furniture, linens, tableware, or other property items during the rental period.



SERVICES NOT INCLUDED: The rental rate does not include the following services and amenities: Food and beverages, Airport transfers, Rental cars, Golf carts, Baby gear, etc. All of these services and more can, however, be arranged upon request at an additional cost through our concierge department.
