Great!!

The condo was very clean and spacious, beds were comfortable, and resort amenities were awesome. The resort was easily accessible to several things around Orlando, especially Disney. This is the second time booking through Evolve, and will continue to book through them for future vacations. Dee Dee was great with communication prior to the trip, and throughout our stay. 10/10 recommend, and will definitely look for this unit on future trips to Orlando.

Property was immaculately clean and very well maintained. Plenty of surface parking in front of building. Owner provided regular updates and instructions. We did not use the pool amenities due to the cold weather.

Dee Dee’s place is a great place to relax and enjoy the sun. The condo is clean and comfortable. It has all the starter supplies you need which is very helpful. Its location is near Walmart and other stores to get any of the things you need. Communication is prompt and helpful.

Disney Vacation

I highly this property to anyone staying in the Orlando area. The owner of the property, DD, communicated with us prior to, during, and after our vacation was over. This property is located in an ideal location. We were able to be at Disney World and Sea World in about 10 minutes. The Condo is very clean and even came with a playpen for our little one to sleep in. If you're looking to save some money on meals, there is a Publix Grocery Store about the three minutes away and the Condo has everything you could want to cook meals.

Relaxing Florida Stay

We had a great time at this condo. It was nice and clean and very nicely decorated. It was nice to have all the essential supplies available when we arrived since it was late at night. The instructions and directions from Dee Dee were great. She was very responsive and clear with her instructions. The condo is convenient to grocery shopping and restaurants. We had a great time relaxing and enjoying our time in Orlando. The pool area with the lazy river, pool, hot tub and slides was a lot of fun. It is pretty crowded so if you want a place to sit during the day make sure you get to the pool area as soon as it opens. Also, if you are driving to the pool area you do have to exit the condo area through the guard station, turn right and then turn into the first driveway on the right.

Wonderful Stay! Clean, Comfortable, Great Location!

We absolutely loved our mid November stay in this unit. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others! The host was easy to reach, communicated quickly, and was very helpful. Entry to the community was simple with a quick, one time, check in process. The first thing we noticed when we entered the unit was the refreshing clean scent. The place was so clean, spacious, and beautiful. Very well maintained with many useful kitchen appliances. There were so many great extras, such as coffee, beach towels, trash bags, and many more that we greatly appreciated. The location was perfect as well. The balcony is just as pictured and overlooks the big pond that is central to the community and across from the main pool and guest center. It is a long walk around the property to get there but there is no need to walk when you can drive over in 3 minutes or even call the provided number and use the free pickup and drop off service from your building to the main pool house area. Additionally there is a smaller pool area just across from the unit entrance. It's a short 3 minute walk. Ithe property is conveniently located in a great area that made driving to the parks easy. It was quiet and we never had issues with loud neighbors or high noise pollution from traffic. I can't say enough good things about this place. We loved it and would absolutely go back. Thank you!

Beautiful and clean property

I highly recommend this property . Dee dee was amazing with communicating with me through the whole process . Check in was clear and simple . The unit itself was clean and extremely comfortable. This was our third time at storey lake and this property had more things stocked then any of the others . It was nice to open the cabinet and find the simple things you’d have to normally buy already provided (salt , pepper , cooking spray , sunscreen, laundry soap , bar soap … just to name a few ) Loved the convenient coffee bar as well . Thank you for a great and accommodating place to stay 😊

The pictures don’t lie just as described, nice and clean. Dee Dee our host made the check-in process smooth. Nice balcony view, and everything that you could possibly need was accessible. My husband and I didn’t want to leave. We’ll definitely be returning on our next trip.

Home away from home

This property was just perfect as our home away from home while we enjoyed the theme parks and beaches in the general area. We enjoyed the beautiful, comfortable, and well equipped property. The little extras were welcoming and a nice touch that just added to our stay. This property is clean, beautifully decorated with comfy furniture and beds, close to the theme parks, has a great onsite pool and workout facility, walking distance to a grocery store (great for making our breakfast and dinners in the kitchen with all the needed appliances and equipment), and the whole development is clean and well maintained. If we ever come back to the area, we definitely will stay here again! The owners were friendly and great with communicating all the needed information!
