Fantastic Place!!!

Great place to stay when in Boston. Close enough to the train, easy parking right in front of the house. Sean is very responsive to inquiries and offered helpful tips when asked.House has a lot of nice features including a nicely stocked kitchen with everything you would need. Fenced in yard was great for the dog we brought.

Great Location

Great place to stay, great next door friendly neighbors. Comfy beds and living room furniture.One thing I have to mention is the stairs, very steep basement stairs in order to go down to use washer & dryer. The same for the stairs going up to bedrooms and bathroom. If you can't do stairs, don't bother.Location, comfy beds, furniture, clean, and great fast to respond host.Thanks!

Great property and great location. Three adults stayed comfortably. Walking distance to ocean. Close to the T. Nice distance from all the sights in Boston and even a day trip to Salem.

Great stay!

Very nice property and pretty comfortable. Just two blocks from Short beach that has excellent skipping stones. Convenient walk to the T (about 6 blocks). Easy communication with management.

Exceptional host

Very nicely remodeled 1900ish home in quaint neighborhood a 12 min walk from the T. It was spacious and had everything we needed. The best part was that the host was exceptionally helpful whenever we had questions. We had a bit of trouble understanding how to get the TVs to work, but he walked us through it. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Checks every box

This property has everything that Anyone staying in the area could desire. I was pleasantly surprised when there was a place for me to set up my computer in one of the bedrooms with an extra monitor. The bathroom and general area was very clean. Any concerns we had were immediately acknowledged and addressed by the people who own the property. We would absolutely stay here again. I do wish that they had actual grass or some sort of natural sub layer in the yard other than Astroturf. The neighborhood was beautiful, very close to the beach, extremely close to the city of Boston.

Perfect home for our short stay in Boston! About a 6 minute walk to the T to get everywhere we wanted to go! The home was immaculate and very well stocked with the basics. Very quiet even with the T near by. It is a beautiful and comfortable home!

Graduation celebration

We were in Boston to celebrate our daughter's graduation and decided to stay by the sea as we would be in town for 4 nights. The house was very clean, comfortable and fully equipped. It was great not to have to rush out for tea or coffee or any of the basics the first day. The location was excellent with beach access down the street. Sean couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I"d recommend this house to anyone wanting to be close to the city but also enjoy the ocean. We may be back in the summer to enjoy the beach.

Perfect Stay

The house was perfect and well stocked. The owner was great and responded quickly to questions. They had a very helpful guide to the area and the house that we received before our stay and there was a hard copy in the house for reference.

Great for our Boston stay!

Close to the beach, accessible for public transport or driving. Owners were great at recommending local places and went out of their way to leave birthday decorations when I shared we had a family birthday. House fully stocked with quality products as well as great appliances. To know: planes flying over very loud. Maybe this is most of Boston? We did somewhat get used to it. House itself was very clean and accommodating.

Lovely Home and Hosts

We highly recommend a stay here when in Boston! The house is very comfortable, well-kept and in a nice location. The T station is just a few blocks away, making trips into the city very easy. Revere Beach is within walking distance, and was a daily highlight of our trip. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We had an unexpected issue come up and needed to extend our stay. Sean promptly and graciously helped us work with Evolve to secure the extra nights needed.We look forward to staying here again!!

Walker's Paradise

We drove up from Cape Cod, picked up my brother at the airport, and then had a super easy drive to this delightful Revere getaway! It is so close to Boston, yet so peaceful and easy to travel to/from. The home was well-equipped, comfortably furnished and bright and sunny during the day. It was set up in a very attractive and functional way. We called with a question and Sean immediately responded and was truly helpful. The neighborhood provides views of the water to the South, East and North, and skyline views to the Southwest. Within a half mile walk was the subway station, a fantastic bakery, and some international food stores. Belle Isle Marsh Nature trail was only a quarter mile walk, and of course the ocean was there at the bottom of the street!! We had a wonderful weekend and hope to visit again!

Beautiful home/Great location

Beautiful home with a short walk to the beach. This home is warm and welcoming. All the amenties you need. The owners are very responsive and have made the check-in process seemless. Revere Beach is beautiful and gives you easy access to everything Boston and beyond. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!
